Absolutely brilliant!!!!
Having hired a rug doctor and doing the carpet my self this time I had bounce back carpets do it and I 100%regret hiring the rug doctor and will be using Ash from now on.. not only is he cheaper but the job is incredible.. carpet looks and feels fresh smells fresh was left almost dry.. very friendly and explained what they was doing and why..highly recomend and like I say will 100 % be using in the future thank you once again

Ashley @ bounce back carpet cleaning did a fabulous job and was extremely knowledgeable about different carpets and which type of cleaning they required . He was clean and tidy and left my carpets almost dry . Both carpets look and smell amazing .

Bounce Back came and made our industrial office space look brand new. Carpet tiles had years of dirt and stains in them - once cleaned they looked great. Ashley advised me on the different methods available and helped make the decision on what should be done. Really happy with the end result.

Ashley was very professional and arrived promptly on time.
My old leather cream recliner is over 25 years old and Ashley requested photos prior to cleaning so he could check what was best to use and also did a patch test on arrival. I'm really pleased how clean it's come up and how healthy looking it is. I've no hesitation in recommending him and certainly will be getting him back to do my carpets very soon

First rate service from Ashley - excellent communication before and during the visit, explained what he was doing as he went along and gave advice on our wool stair carpet. The carpets have come up beautifully and he cleaned up too so it's all spotless. Really pleased and highly recommended, we will be using Bounce Back again.
