Jake and Jack replaced our faulty boiler and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the work they carried out. They were very efficient and courteous and left everything clean and tidy. At the last minute, we also asked if the thermostat programmer could be changed and Jake went out of his way to get a new one. Really good service, would definitely use them again.

I am very happy to recommend Pritchards.
My problem was a leaking shower which was affecting other parts of the building. All other companies ignored me but Jake responded immediately, diagnosed the probable issue, ordered the relevant part and it was fitted (by Jack) as soon as it arrived. And Jack came back the next working day to make adjustments when it seemed not to be working as expected.
Communication throughout was excellent. Both Jake and Jack were extremely pleasant, courteous and considerate, and everything was left clean and tidy. Jack consulted me and checked my preferences for eg water temperature and nothing was too much trouble.

I was pleased that Jake contacted me without needing follow-ups after another plumber ignored several voicemails last weekend. He arranged for a colleague to diagnose and fix a leak that was seeping into the flat below this Friday. We communicated seamlessly via WhatsApp, and a plumber turned up on time yesterday morning. Working closely with the tenant (the repair was at a flat that we rent out) and the occupants downstairs, sourced the problem (a leaking bath waste) and stopped the water ingress.

I had a leak and the team came out within 2 hours to help, they spoke to the water company on my behalf to explain the problem.

we had an unusual and tricky issue caused by an internal leak in a pipe junction that was very hard to access - Jake however, just managed it and was inventive in the way he tackled the issue - no drama!!

We contacted Pritchards to replace a faulty water softener having been impressed by their reviews. Jake offered advice on selecting a replacement and came very quickly to supply and install it removing the faulty softener and leaving the house in a very tidy state. Jake is most pleasant and very professional. We had full confidence in him throughout and would use Pritchards again in the future. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

My water tank leaked with water coming through the bedroom ceiling. Jake acted quickly to source a new tank and fitted it the next day - a Saturday - to ensure that I had water and heating as quickly as possible . He sorted out the problem effectively, ensured that everything was spotless in my house afterwards and was extremely personable.

Very happy to recommend Pritchards. Called at 8 on Saturday morning as boiler not working, Jake arrived at time promised. Unfortunately boiler needed replacing, Jake gave me options and I decided it needed replacing. New boiler fitted within 72 hours, old one taken away and everything left immaculate.
