I am so Delighted I choose this company for my New Driveway. The whole team are Amazing. Very professional ,Friendly kind ,* Considerate. The service was prompt,home visits to Discuss exactly what you want,no pushing to agree the work. The office staff 10/10,the work crew very friendly & extremely hard working.Always checking in with you on what they are doing to make sure you are completely satisfied with their decision that has already been discontinued with you prior to the day off Resin Overlay.I would honestly recommend thus company to everyone. 100,% happy with the incredible work they have done. Driveway was finished this afternoon whilst I was at work I did not return home till late tonight so not able to upload before ,& after photos yet. I shall let resin dry ,& settle before going out to take photos to upload. I personally think it was very good value for money when you see just how hard this company works for you.I am Extra Happy with my new finished Driveway. Exceptional!

Hard to know where to start that doesn't make it sound like I've been paid to write this review (which i haven't, of course).

We had a very old concrete path, about 30-40m, around 3 sides of our house. We engaged B2I for a full dig out and replace.

Negative - the only bad thing we found with the whole experience, was how long we waited to get this done! The transformation is amazing. If you're thinking about this type of work, get it done and get B2I to do it.

Positive - where to start. Right from the initial contact, the team we dealt with were second to none. Martyn, Sam, Dan and his team, and Mick are all Polite, Respectful, Honest and EXTREMELY Professional.
Communication (mainly with Martyn) was excellent throughout. People arrived on time, worked extremely hard to get the job done to the timelines stated. Kept us updated at all times. Adapted to what they found on site to ensure the job was done correctly, not just quickly. (Our dig out took an extra day due to the sheer quantity) Dan and his Team on site have an amazing work ethic, and they KNOW what they're doing. The real Boss of the show, Sam, deserves a mention. I've never known paying money to be such a pleasant experience, but her personable and fair manner made it just that. What we see as a VERY reasonable price was also a bonus. Again adding to the enjoyable experience. Snagging wasn't an issue either. We had one glitch, which i need to say WASN'T the fault of B2I, but they were decent enough to square it away, Mick turned up as planned, did a cracking job, and we have our perfect path again.

There are always nerves with engaging trades to work around your house, there are so many horror stories out there, but i can say hand on heart, I will be Strongly recommending B2I to anyone i hear is thinking of having this done.

Unfortunately, our Patio now looks awful compared to the Path. Can't see it being long before we're back in touch.

I cannot rate this business enough, from start to finish, they have been the most friendly, helpful and work with the upmost due diligence that we always felt supported with our decisions with them.
I would recommend Bound2impress without hesitation to my family and friends, knowing that they go over and above as well being true to their word.

Met this company at Dorset County Show and booked for a site visit. Communications were great from the start and soon we had signed on the dotted line for a full driveway resin lay.
Sadly the British weather led to a delay in the final lay of the resin but we were kept up to date every step of the way.
We now finally have our beautiful driveway and are very happy with the results.

Everyone that I have dealt with from Bound2impress has been pleasant and efficient. The customer service has been exceptionally good. Dan, Martyn and Sam were all very polite and friendly and there was no hard sell. Our front garden required a two stage process with two weeks in between- digging out and concreting prior to the application of the resin on the second visit. Both crews that we had worked hard, were respectful of our property and tidied up after themselves. I am delighted with the results and happily recommend this company.

This company really lives up to their name. From start to finish everyone we have dealt with in this company have been really helpful, friendly and gave us good advice.
The men who laid our resin drive worked really hard and left the place spotless. We are really pleased with the drive, it looks so smart. It has only been down a day and we have already had a few compliments.

We had previously hired a company who left us with the worse resin driveway ever! Then came our saviours, bound2impress. Professional from start to finish, all team members were friendly, tidy, respectful of property and neighbours, stayed in excellent communication throughout and ultimately provided us with a fabulous driveway! Can’t thank them enough and would 100% recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

From start to finish customer service has been excellent. The work force that completed the job were polite and efficient. The finished driveway is lovely and people passing have all said what a brilliant job bound2impress have done, definitely living up to their name.

Recently had my resin drive laid and I couldn’t be happier. It’s really updated the look of my house. The team worked so hard and were really friendly as were the office staff and surveyor’s. Definitely recommend bound2impress if you want massive curb appeal and an easy firm to deal with.

Just recently had a back garden area resined and layered in the Clevedon area and the guys did a fantastic job, cleaned up and did an amazing job, 10/10 👍 very professional and effective and communication was brilliant all the way through, couldn't recommend enough the guys at Bound2Impress.

Bound 2 Impress replaced our old, cracked concrete pathway with a fantastic new resin surface.
The whole team were professional from the start and the three men who carried out the preparation and laying were punctual, cheerful, polite and friendly.

Bound2Impress have been professional and friendly from the beginning. Quick to respond to questions and great communication. On the preparation and pour days they turned up promptly and were FANTASTIC! The two guys doing the prep and install were professional and so great. They made sure they understood clearly the outcome levels we wanted and gave professional advice to ensure we got the best end product. They were so considerate and tidy making sure the street was kept clean and any brickwork was washed. This final product looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend Bound2Impress.

Kept informed of order progress and convenient dates for installation kept. Workmen arrived within start times given even though they had to travel a long distance.
Workers hard working, didn't stop for refreshment breaks.
Job was completed within the time frame given.
Tidy workers - no mess remained on site.
Resin drive does what as advertised, garage and lower garden no longer floods.

A hard working team who completed the task in the promised time frame. Efficient planning meant that the work carried out, progressed smoothly, throughout. The end result was outstanding and we have had many positive comments. We have gone from having the worst driveway in the road to the best. We have already recommended this company to friends.

We requested a quote for resin to be laid in our small garden at the front of the property and to remove the lawn, level up to a concrete plinth at the rear and lay resin to provide a large one level place for garden furniture. The initial meeting was with a lovely gentleman who was not interested in selling us the most expensive product, he listened to our requirements and offered advice. A full description of the product, works and how to care for the resin was given and all our queries answered satisfactorily.

A couple of days leading up to our preparation works date a few items were randomly dropped off and left in the front garden or on the driveway. Admittedly this did feel a bit odd as they didn’t ring the doorbell.

The preparation works involved a lot of manual digging in moderate rain! Landi and his team arrived nice and early and were fast and tidy as they worked, laying down large sheets of tarpaulin for the debris on the driveway. I was particularly impressed with the delivery of the hardcore base and removal of the lawn debris. One lorry arrived with an extendable grab arm which lifted the debris from the driveway onto one end, then from the other end lifted the hardcore onto the driveway! No skips, no delays awaiting collection of debris, less truck rolls so more environmentally friendly and it was all timed to perfection.

After the hardcore was laid and compacted down, we were invited to inspect the work by Landi before the team left and we were also pleased to see that even though the weather was so wet, they had cleared everything away and had hosed the patio down to remove the copious amount of mud.

The second stage of laying the resin was delayed due to wet weather but finally 2 weeks later than planned Landi and his team arrived to finish the job. They laid down the mesh membrane that the resin was to be spread onto and the bags of stone arrived shortly after. Landi’s team using a mixer, prepared the resin/stone mixture and quickly spread and levelled it to provide a lovely neat surface to both the front and back of the property. We particularly like that the black obtrusive drain cover we had in the front garden was removed and replaced with a lift out cover which was filled with resin to provide a near seamless finish!

We were again invited to inspect the work before the team left site and we were very pleased.

Payment was in 3 stages, deposit, 50% at the time of preparation works and the rest upon completion.

Now a few weeks on, we are still incredibly pleased with our resin, it drains as promised with no standing water and are looking forward to next summer so we can use the space for our furniture and spend some quality time out there.

Everyone I have spoken to have been very helpful and the driveway looks superb, we’ve had lots of compliments from neighbours and the postman!
The fellas who laid the driveway did not mess around, they were straight into it and didn’t stop until the tasks were done to a high standard, the driveway they laid is deep with good groundwork done beforehand. They double checked with us about how we wanted things set up and even added a step up to the side door of the house as well as changing the access covers for smaller ones as requested.
Although the driveway has darkened in colour since it was laid it still looks good, I was concerned that the driveway will go a horrid yellow over time as other websites suggest it will because the team used non-UV resin, but I was assured by Tom Bulger at the company that this should not be a problem, “We’ve also taken into account that the resin’s performance is critical to us because we warranty it. So, we wouldn’t use anything that we don’t stand behind. Non-UV resin offers significant strength and durability, and we’ve been confident in using it for many years because it stands up well to wear and tear.”
I look forward to many years of low maintenance and great looks.

Great communication .... everything happened as planned with a phone call prior to any work taking place to confirm the date and time.
The drive preparation took place without a hitch ... digger and materials arrived as planned and the x2 guys turned up at the agreed time and did a fantastic job.
The application of the resin drive ( 2 weeks later) again took place without any problems. Material delivered at 10am and x2 guys turned up soon after to complete the job.
All x4 guys were pleasant and friendly .... worked hard and answered any questions asked.
Any mess was cleared up and removed and the area swept.
Overall ..... a fantastic job.

Great communication. Landi and team did a 1st class job. Punctual, hardworking, respectful, polite and friendly. Kept checking in to make sure we were happy. Nothing was too much trouble. Very efficient. Extremely pleased. Thank you so much
