First time visitor and what a painless, professional visit it was. A brief medical history taken and then on to the examination and photos of my ear canals, followed by the suction itself. I knew they were blocked but was unprepared for the volume of wax and dead skin that Julia sucked out! Next check up already booked and will be following the advice given to look after my ears. Highly recommended!

My daughter saw Julia who was fab. My daughter has learning difficulties and she was looked after so well. Her ears are now both fine and are giving her no more problems. She will be back in the future. Would highly recommend.

Julia was professional, caring, sensitive to her patient, informative and honest in her assessment of my ear examination. It transpired I have an internal Eustachian tube blockage, rather than a blockage caused by earwax. I was given advice about how to self-treat, given a couple of leaflets and helped to understand the mechanics of what was going on inside my ears. I was very impressed by her attention to detail and the service she provided which I would say was patient-centred and holistic. I will happily call upon her services in the future should I need them.

Having had my ears syringed in the past, Julia was absolutely fantastic. Explained step by step which made it so much easier for me and relaxed me. I highly recommend her to anyone needing this service.

Julia arrived in plenty of time for my appointment and put me at my ease almost immediately, I was a little nervous but she talked me through the procedure and told me she would take before and after photos which she would show me. The suction was a little uncomfortable at one point but all I had to do was say Julia, Stop, and she stopped the procedure and talked me through why it was uncomfortable and I felt reassured and able to ask her to continue and finish the suction. My ear feels a lot better without all that wax and Julia gave me an information sheet on ear care and aftercare.

Well one can't beat it. A home service from Bourne ear care by a qualified audiologist at a price one can afford. Julia gave a comprehensive professional service at my home setting up her equipment efficiently, interviewing me about past history linked to my ear health. She explained the suctioning procedure, what I should expect and any unusual sounds I would experience with the procedure. She took photographs of ear channels both before and after the process. No pain, no discomfort, no after effects except clearer hearing. Thank you Julia see you for my check up booked in for November.

First class service. This was Julia's second visit. On the first occasion she did an excellent job in dewaxing my ears explaining the procedure and showing me before and after. She also advised on after care which I followed and resulted on a clean bill of health on her second visit six months later.
I can't but highly recommend Julia and it's great to have this service in the comforts of your own home.
Looking forward to her next visit in six months!

Julia came to my home removed a considerable amount of wax. There was still some left which required a second visit to complete the operation this was done at no extra cost. Amazing in these days of rip off Britain! Polite and helpful lady explaing all the time what was happening showing me pictures of the wax in my ears.

Julia explained every part of the procedure when she came to syringe my ears. She showed me pictures before and after.
