The lady arrived on time & was very pleasant, polite & professional towards my brother-in-law & myself. Everything was well explained prior to & after the procedure which was a great success.

I can highly recommend Julia Brown’s service. She visited me at home, explained what would happen & ensured that I was comfortable with the procedure. The procedure itself was quick & painless & the instrument used was fresh & clean. It was fascinating to see what was going on inside my ear on the screen & reassuring that the wax had indeed gone.

Julia fully explained not only the process of removing the wax, but also how it had got there in the first place. The microsuction process was quick and straightforward leaving me with my normal hearing ability. This was followed up with great maintenance advice. Julia is a very experienced audiologist. She came to my home and completed the removal of a significant ear wax build up in one short session. The micro suction process was very gentle and fast. Julia provided an image before and after removal and then gave her opinion on the health of my ears. She also provided a simple solution to prevent wax build up in future. A really excellent service.
