They never post honest reviews, only positive reviews which is not realistic, I did submit many reviews where I was disappointed with the quality of the products that were marketed as great products but I have never seen any of my reviews posted .

This company is awesome.. Its a legit product and the shipping is very fast. I don't know why people giving a bad ratings.. I order this Boutiqaat a couple of items and I am fully satisfied with everything. I should alway buy from this store. Thank you

Extra / Hidden fees.

When you choose your region within the app they show you prices that are set to that specific region (usually lower than original price) + fake discounts. As you place your order and go to pay with credit or debit card you can see the total price (still set to your region and is lower than the original price)…
UNTILLL you reach the final payment confirmation page (typing in the OTP) you find a totally different/ higher price in the receipt card and if you don’t pay attention and you’ve got sufficient funds, they would charge you that way without you even realizing you’ve paid extra fees; and Im not speaking about delivery fees. Im talking about interchanging currencies so you would end up paying more depending on the currency you’ve originally set up.

Poor boutiqaat they will tell u to pay the cost for your return items. And its very expensive than the item. Never purchase anything to this company u will regret

They tell you returns are accepted but you have to pay for shipment, which costs more than the item most of the time

I paid makeup 30/7-22 and still waiting.
They don’t answer my messages and the chat is a joke there’s nobody there.
I so upset
It seems legit but it’s not.

The prices are so expensive comparing to other site or even prices in the market, beside the high prices you are also require to pay for duties as well as shipping. Not worth it at all it is better to shop from Sephora or other retailers

I have basically ordered a product from one of the actors boutique basically I got to know that everything is so unreal in terms of the honesty. Firstly the size seems super medium size in the app while in reality it is super small although it is one size. The product is not what was advertised or close to its befinets. It is just a false products for high profit. I give it 0/10.

One of the worst sites in deceiving customers at high prices
