We handle the full building cycle in-house, so an owner deals with one company from the first excavation to the final handover instead of chasing six different subcontractors. What we do: building construction and civil works, electrical works, plumbing and sanitary, HVAC and mechanical, aluminium, glass and steel, carpentry and wooden works, Corian (Korean Top) counters and commercial kitchens, interior finishing, decor and stone cladding, smart home, security and gate automation, solar and renewable energy, swimming pools and landscaping, and renovation, maintenance and waterproofing. We also build diwaniya tents and car parking shades - sawater and mazallat - made for Kuwait's summer heat and the shamal winds, on galvanised steel frames with UV-resistant fabric or sheet. Our clients are villa owners, diwaniya projects, residential building owners, and commercial tenants fitting out shops, restaurants, cafes and offices. We work across all six governorates: Al Farwaniya, the Capital, Hawally, Al Ahmadi, Al Jahra and Mubarak Al-Kabeer. How a project runs with us. It starts with a free site visit and measurements. You then get a written, itemised quotation in Kuwaiti Dinars with a defined scope and staged payment milestones, not a vague lump sum. Once you approve it, one site engineer takes the project and stays your single point of contact until handover. Crews are uniformed, carry ID and work under supervision, with full PPE and permits for scaffolding and hot works. On materials and compliance, we use ISO 9001 certified materials and can provide the certificates on request. Drawings and installations follow Kuwait Municipality and Ministry of Electricity and Water requirements. Every completed job is handed over with a written workmanship warranty covering defect rectification, and we still answer the phone after handover, not only before the contract is signed.
