As a new B2B consultancy owner, this short workshop was very helpful. It greatly expanded on information I've been learning (speak to clients' problems, don't talk about your expertise, etc.) and introduced a framework for positioning business to attract the right clients that makes total sense to me.

Amazing, framework, system and process starting with the Power of Positioning

I had an aha moment during the session on how I have to do my positioning. I will have to write again in a few months to tell you if it worked, but Ahmad is brilliant. Five stars. Totally reasonably priced. What is there not to love about this guy.

A succinct presentation with real take-aways that I could apply immediately to my own business. I appreciate the live interaction and solid follow up from the moderator. This was time well spent.

His insight was incredible in helping me understand where I am positioned in my industry.

I loved the pace of the presentation without it feeling like a canned script being read or the words blurring by so fast you had a hard time remember what was said 30 seconds earlier. There was plenty of time for questions and good use of audience questions to keep us engaged.

On to the content, I really appreciated them laying out at the beginning what we would cover in this workshop, what would not be covered, but provided resources at the end of where to start searching for answers to other issues. The framework they layout is very clear and I really appreciate the concise descriptions so I could spend time listening to the description of the pillar and how it might apply to my situation rather than spending time trying to plow through a bunch of jargon.

This workshop is definitely a great investment if you aren't sure what you next step should be in developing your business. Maybe their framework isn't a fit for you, but this workshop is a low-cost way to get an idea if you should explore some more.

I got two specific Aha's on the webinar: I need to demonstrate that I understand my prospects challenges and I need to tie the tool/service I offer to a urgent and expensive problem. Very well organized and high value. Thank you!

After receiving several emails from Boutique Growth and resonating with some of the content, I signed up for the Power positioning workshop for $49. Sadly, wasn't worth that for me. The content is mostly marketing 101 without common catch phrases like "riches are in the niches," but the content is the same: "Focus on who you want to work with; Know what problem you solve; Have a point of view..." etc. It's not bad advice, but I expected more, especially from a paid webinar, even with the knowledge that it functions mostly as lead gen for Boutique Growth. Save your $49 and your 90 minutes if you're an intermediate business owner or have done some investing in your own marketing and education. If, however, you are a new business owner or don't know where to start, this could be helpful for you at a reasonable price point.

EDIT: To their credit, Ahmad and team reached out to me the next day after this webinar and my review; refunded my purchase price and were very open and accommodating. I give them a lot of credit for that, as few organizations and people in my experience are that fast to respond and that eager to make something right by a customer.

Watched most of Boutique Growth's LinkedIn Leverage Course in advance of the live Power Positioning Workshop. Everything makes sense in concept, but still need to apply in practice.

It doesn't matter if you're not a marketing person. The ideas and concepts just click once you hear them and that's really a testament to how much they understand us, as B2B consultants. The fact that they get me is why I feel they can help me position myself so that my clients get me just as well.

The workshop laid out a clear path to successfully position a B2B consulting value proposition on LinkedIn that made practical sense. It was also refreshing that the presenters were completely transparent about how we ourselves were participants in their acquisition funnel. This point made what they were teaching actionable through live example, even though we were really focused on establishing top of funnel activity. Very well done.

It's worth the minor investment and you can apply what you learned or sign up for the full-up course later. Zero pressure.

Helpful and practical call.
You probably have heard much of this stuff but organizing it in this way, creating a simple framework to think through positioning and then Q&A were definitely worth the $$ for the call.
