Bow And Snow レビュー 

I ordered some cushion covers from Bow and Snow. I contacted them as I was concerned they would arrive whilst I was away (completely my fault). Their response was prompt and they were extremely helpful. The customer service was excellent. In a time where customer service can be poor, theirs was the exact opposite.
As for the products they are of an excellent quality and exactly what I was looking for to brighten up my living room.
For anyone thinking of buying from them I can 100% recommend them. I will definitely be buying from here again.

Beautiful items, arrived slightly ahead of estimated arrival time.... sadly, like so much "on line" shopping these days, you hear so many scams, I can assure you the comments, mine and others, can be trusted, this is legit and the items (4) I received are as described / shown.

Cushion covers only.
I thought I had ordered proper cushions with filling, but no just covers. The website has since changed, its a drop shipping web store, you can buy them on Amazon for ten quid. Poor show. Took 3 weeks for delivery.

Great quality cushion covers and a size (45x45) that fits the Dunelm inserts perfectly. They came in a fairly short period of time and look great, exactly as per photo, would recommend

I bought the daisy tablecloth. At first it was great but now with relatively light use all the daisy petals have faded and now there are just yellow dots left. Has only been washed in cold water. Also it’s 100% polyester which I didn’t realise before I bought it.

Operates from China and takes ages to get questions answered. Also info is confusing, ordering cushion covers .. it said 'one of each' but it was only one. Also it said 'free shipping' but I was charged. Avoid if you can find a good alternative

I recently placed an order with Bow and Snow for several throws and sone interesting off the wall ornaments. Liam had an issue with his suppliers and the products did take longer than usual to arrive , Bow and Snow kept us up to speed all the way through the process. When we received the goods we were over the moon the throws are absolute quality beautiful material and very well made the whole order we are most happy with , thank you Bow and Snow and to Liam for all his help .

They work with phantom delivery companies. They or the transport companies they work with are a fraud. I never received the purchase I made.

Well it will be 5 star when I receive my refund. I ordered a lovely vase from Bows and Snow yesterday for a friends birthday, mid August. I then went on Trustpilot and learned that it would be coming from China not GB. I contacted Bows and Snow and they say they cannot guarantee the vase will be here on time and have agreed to refund my money.
That is good service.

I bought the kitty blanket awhile back. It's very cute and soft and I like that it's reversible. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes kitties and/or blankets.

Bow & Snow, well what can. Last July I emigrated from the Uk to Perth, Australia. Prior to leaving I ordered a table cover & a throw which I never opened as I wanted to save them for our new home. Today I unpacked some boxes to find my Bow & Snow table cover and throw. Oh my goodness, they are both absolutely BEAUTIFUL, I love them already so much so I was speaking out loud to myself. So this is just a little message to say ‘Thankyou’ I hope you deliver to Australia 😊 (which I now they do)

My second purchase from Bow and Snow was the pink geometric quilt. It's a beautifully made, high quality bed cover that I will use for many years. Like my previous purchase (the bird of paradise blanket) it arrived well within the suggested delivery period.

Great quality throws and blankets… love the fact that they are reversible too. Quick delivery and very good service… I highly recommend!

Firstly, the throw is very good quality and I know my daughter in law will love it. After ordering I was surprised to see it was coming directly from China, and having heard nothing for several days and anxious to receive it by a particular date (a birthday) I went on the site and was disappointed to find delivery was listed as 2-4 weeks. I emailed immediately and received a response from Cherrie, customer support, assuring me that it was on the way. I was able to track the parcel and it did actually arrive yesterday, less than 2 weeks from order date. I would certainly order again, but will be mindful that delivery is not fast, but it will definitely be worth the wait.

Great kindness and help to solve problem i had with my order that got lost. They sent a new one and the quality is very high.

I was so impressed by the service and quality of the product from Bow and Sow that I have ordered from them again. Twice. The blanket was so lovely I bought another and then bought a smaller version as a gift for a friend's birthday. It's genuinely lovely.

I have bought 3 reversible throws. The first was such good quality that I had to buy more. I bought them to brighten up my rather plain grey room and they certainly look lovely. They came from China and the tracking allowed me to watch their journey in detail. In spite of the distance they arrived fairly quickly.

The products are super quality. I have bought throws for sofas and beds and I am so pleased with them. The sizes are generous too
