Scam ,was charged 106.65 for one box,30 count unicity balance,twice the amount as other sellers.
I also noticed the person s name was joshi,and the name of the personn at trust pilot was also joshi ,how about that,trust pilot is the company that handle thier reviews and also i cant find my review anywhere,box2buy is acompany based in india,TRUMP!!!

I would definitely buy from them again. It is Christmas time, and my twins are obsessed with Labubu's. One of them wrote 2 letters to Santa, and all she wanted was Labubus. She wanted the Coke one most of all.

I searched and found that Box2Buy had them, and at a lower price than anywhere else. It was also the only place I could find the Coke one.

I asked Google if they were a legitimate retailer, and the AI said they appeared to be, as they sell through 3rd party sites like Amazon. It also said they had limited and mixed reviews on Trustpilot.

After reading the reviews, I was still a little nervous, so I used a credit card just in case.

I ordered them on Sunday, Dec 7th, late at night. Shipping time was 8-10 Business days. I was a little concerned that others said they had issues getting tracking info, but after checkout, it had me download the Shopify app, and I instantly had the tracking number and was able to check the status at any time .

It stayed in the status of "shipping label printed" most of the time, but I checked one day, and they were on the way.

They arrived on Saturday, December 20th, which was at the extreme edge of the 8-10 business days, but still before Christmas.

Meanwhile, my wife got nervous after the first 2 days and ordered back-ups that were not the Coke ones from Walmart. They were supposed to arrive by the 14th, and they didn't show up until the 27th.

In my experience, they were great. I don't know if the bad reviews are from before they started using Shopify or if everyone just expects all online retailers to be as fast as Amazon but I would recommend them.

Pathetic.
Stay away.
Placed order on Dec 3rd 2025 and no updates on order status, eventually got refunded after several emails on Dec 17th 2025.
Waste of time, waste of energy and waste of everything.

How low can you get for 20-100 bucks ? How can you even sleep

I don’t get correct shipment and when i asked for refund , i was ignored and they packed a scam risky products unsealed which i was not even able to return or report. Totally fraud and scam operations.

For whatever happened with me , they don’t even reply my emails ? My products were expensive

Shipping is in fact slow, TRIPLE check to make sure your address is correct, and always use a credit card so you can get your money back if you think you were scammed. Now, I read the reviews here AFTER placing my order, and yes, I did think I got scammed, but loh and behold, 10 days after placing my order I checked my confirmation email and saw that the mail carrier was waiting for my item. Another 10 days it was in transit and at my doorstep. Everything arrived neatly packaged and my items are in fact authentic with nothing expiring this year. A reminder, you will not receive an email confirming your item has shipped, so you'll have to check your confirmation email and click on "view your order" to see whether it's in transit. If your "view your order" link has expired, you can have it re-sent and get a new link. Knowing what I know now, I would actually still buy from them again since they had a certain item I wanted at a very good price, and their product range is quite extensive.

No communication--no product
I never received a confirmation for my product, and when I tried to call the number they had on their web site, a voice told me that I had already exceeded the length of a message, before I even started to say anything. I emailed them and have not heard anything. If they contact me and send the product, I will revise this review. But I am not holding my breath.

So far the other reviews are true. You pay and then receive a tracking number that never moves.customer service answers no questions and only copy and paste responses about tracking.they tell you what you can already see.ask about a refund. No response ask about typical delivery wait times. No response. Ive been waiting for books since may 16th its now June 11th and the tracking hasn't changed nor have they offered me a refund or solution. Be prepared to dispute the sale with your bank.

They are thieves and scammers, don't buy from them. They send you a fake tracking number, your package will never arrive. If you buy here, they will only steal your money. You write to them and they will only entertain you with lies. The package never arrives. Thieves. scam sells fake products be sure to avoid

This company is a scam. My order never got delivered. There was no email notification that the product was shipped. I contacted the customer service through WhatsApp and they gave me an incorrect USPS tracking number. I contacted them again only to be given another incorrect tracking number. No one answers their customer service number and the WhatsApp messages are seen after more than 12 hours and in some cases after 48 hours. I finally had to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

Do not order from this company. I ordered 2 cosmetic items thinking they were full size and they were not. They actually fit in the Palm of my hand their description was very misleading. I contacted them through email And they promised to give me a refund. I still have.
Not received a refund and they will not reply to my emails.

They never shipped my order. Customer service kept responding saying there was a delay in the shipping update because it was a prepaid label but it never shipped. I told them I was disputing with my credit card and they offered a discount - they never gave me the discount so I moved forward with the dispute. I ordered 2 books November 30 and they still haven't shipped, its Dec 12. Convinced that they bank on people forgetting or never following up to dispute.
