My boxed order was delivered in a timely fashion with great communicationabout its arrival. The products matched the description exactly and the prices were less expensive than local retailers. It was an all-around hassle free experience and I plan on making Boxed a trusted partner in my bulk buying purchases.

I hate to shop in the stores. Boxed is so convenient I can shop isle by isle and never leave my kitchen bar stool. The shipping is quick,and products are as pictured,.very satisfied with boxed.

Missing several items in my order unable to contact am real person to resolve complaint.

Ordering from Boxed was very easy and convenient. I love that they had the 20% off the first order. We live 25 miles from the closest larger towns and with gas prices being high I will be using Boxed more often.

Sticky shampoo covered and damaged everything, including our floors.

4 days I placed my order I received an E-mail from these people telling me my order is "cancelled" with no explanation! They now have my credit card #, (which I used a few times after) with NO problems. BEWARE of shady business practices!

The website was easy to navigate. The products I ordered were perfect. I received the order timely and I will be ordering again. The prices are more reasonable than in the grocery stores right now!

So glad I finally used Boxed. I signed up some time ago but didn't ever place an order. It's a great concept to be able to buy things you use often in bulk without the high bulk store annual fees. Great variety of goods to choose from and it's all stuff you usually need and use often. Items were shipped quickly and carefully packed and the fun little flyer inside made it feel more down home, like shopping at your friend's store. Am definitely going to be shopping here again.
