I have been ordering from them for five years now. The customer service is THE best I have ever encountered. You are made to feel VALUABLE. THAT is priceless. (Oh, and of course the terrific prices on great products).
The fun stuff: samples, games, jokes--everything is just fantastic. The date is for my most recent encounter

I've written to Boxed customer service numerous times in past 2 weeks and not received any response other than their auto reply that they'd get back to me (usually in less than 8 hours). My original problem is they sent mdse that was 3.5 weeks past expiration date. I have asked for a replacement or refund. I still have the outdated items waiting for direction from Boxed. Very frustrating checking my email daily to find nothing. There is no way to contact them other than email.

have enjoyed Boxed for a few years; convenient for 2 disabled seniors. today went to order and all i get is a blank page saying 'service not available in your area'. reading the other reviews i suspect they have "quiet quit" us customers. I sent a customer service note asking for more info. if i receive anything i will post again. disappointing to treat customers like this.

I've been a customer since COVID. Initially prices were comparable and in some cases better than others. Shipping was very quick. I noticed prices creeping up in the last year. Their prices were higher than Amazon on most items and we all know Amazon even runs higher than local at times. I decided to place an order when they had a great sale. My orders have always arrived in 3-4 days. ALWAYS! Well, 8 days in and no update on the order. Website only stated "processed" as it had within hours of placing the order. Sent an email to Customer Service and expressed concern. Asked for a cancellation due to delays and lack of update. No response. Sent another email 2 days later. Stating I would be seeking resolution through PayPal since they had not responded. Still no response. 6 hours later I only received an email that my order was shipped. Fully ignored my request to cancel. I've not received any response from them. I do not recommend Boxed.com and I will never use the company again. I see there are several complaints stating the same as of late.

I waited for an order from boxed,just said processing,did not ship.I asked for a refund.I have no order or refund.I am disappointed.I enjoyed their products.Dont understand what happened,never had a problem before.Would be nice to know if I am getting my refund.

My order was in a damaged box so FedEx returned to sender (in Texas).I am in IL! Customer Service does not answer but says maybe in 8 hours. Online chat help never answers.
Website says order delivered but has not. Thay have my money and I have nothing but a credit card bill. I have a feeling that I have been skunked! They were good at first?

I have placed my order over a week now and it remains “processed” and no update since. Cannot get a hold of anyone and of course there is no option to cancel or talk to anyone. Terrible. Looks like I’m not the on,y one with this issue.

Have alway loved Boxed but they have failed with this last order!! Over a week and Oder is still “ pending” status but they sure took their money from my account!! Good luck getting a response! Automated response duplicated with no solution. I used to get orders in 2 days .. just refund me. I think there is an issue brewing…

I am a senior with no vehicle so I depend on grocery delivery services. I decided to try Boxed because I liked the idea of being able to buy items in bulk. I placed two $60 orders for common items. What also attracted me to try Boxed was their 2-3 day shipping policy.
I happen to live in one of the states where one of their fulfillment centers is located which is about 30 miles from where I live.
When I did not receive any notifications that either of my orders had been shipped, I decided to do some research about Boxed. I found several online articles stating that this company is having financial problems to the point that Boxed is considering filing bankruptcy.
Since the 3 days had passed and no communications from Boxed about any delays, I decided to cancel my orders.
Their customer service department seemed happy to cancel my orders.
I lost three days waiting for items that I was probably never going to receive and now I have to start over again placing orders with other companies. Since this is the last part of the month, I am running out of groceries so I was really counting on receiving the Boxed orders.

i was very pleased with Boxed.com especially as a new customer they usually offer a nice discount and free shipping off your first order. I would highly recommend Boxxed especially if you have a household/environment with several people and would like to store your pantry, snacks, toiletries and cleaning supplies. Lastly shipping was very quick which I was not expecting, although I live in NYC so your experience may vary depending on your location.

Hard-to-find product + introductory coupon code + delivery in days = very happy customer :)

Order never received due to a “glitch “ in the system and no one from boxed tried to correct it

The service we received was very pleasant, quick from order to the door. Can’t ask for better…definitely gonna use the service again.

The tracking information was a little inaccurate. However, I received my items within 4 days. The paper towels and toilet rolls are top quality. Packaging intact.
