Placed and paid for my order 30th August still haven't got them sent them an email asking when I would get my order was told 15 to 18 days delivery even though there web page said 7 to 10 days. After 19 days no delivery no date for delivery. Don't waist your money dealing with these people not worth the hassle.

I've had to give them 1 star as I can't go any lower. On the tracking system my order never even left China, when I e tried to get in touch with customer service I've been told that my phone number is wrong and my address, I've been trying to get a full refund off them but as of yet to no avail. Please please please avoid this scamming company like the plague.

Geworben wird mit 12-24 Stunden Lieferung. Geliefert wird nach >2Wochen.
Bei Rückfragen wird die Zahlung angezweifelt obwohl alles bestätigt wurde.

Fast ein Monat Wartezeit für ein Sechserpack T-Shirts aus Bambusfaser von einer deutsch wirkenden Firma.
Angekommen ist billige Chinaware aus Polyamid und Elastan. Auch chinesische Einnäher lassen sich mit Lens ja gut übersetzen. Weder Boxershop Deutschland noch die LLC dahinter weisen ein Impressum aus. 👎👎👎
Zu schnell getippt am Handy🫣 Aufgrund der seeehr ähnlichen Produktseite war ich irrig der Meinung, bei "BOXR" bestellt zu haben, die ich zufrieden kenne... blöd🫣
Ich habe über den Kontakt um Retourenlabel und Erstattung gebeten, aber nach den Bewertungen hier kaum Hoffnung...
Knapp 70€ für Müll... ärgerlich aber lehrt.
Klare Warnung: Finger weg!!!

Statt Retourenlabel kam eMail auf französisch: Um Verpackung und Rückversand zu ersparen, würde 50% Erstattung angeboten (rd. 30€) und Shirts dürfte ich behalten.
So kam es zwecks Verlustreduzierung, 30€ sind gutgeschrieben, die Shirts hab ich neben anderem der Bahnhofsmission überlassen.
Ist echt rotzfrech, und ordentlich Gewinn ist sicher trotzdem generiert.
Das spricht für System... kein gutes👎👎👎

20 Boxer Shorts gekauft und nach 2xWaschen und tragen sind schon 3 Shorts kaputt, nach Schriftverkehr hieß es man würde Überprüfen ob man Ersatz schicken kann und danach hat sich keiner mehr gemeldet .
Ich finde Kulanz sieht anders aus !!! Also Boxershop nie wieder da es sich nicht um Qualitäts Ware handelt sondern nur um minderwertige Qualität und vom Kunden Servis kann man garnicht erst sprechen.

Ware sehr klein, Bestellung falsch übernommen, da nicht übersichtlich. Mailverkehr bezüglich Rücksendung oder Umtausch sehr mühsam und nach 2 Monaten immer noch nicht fertig abgewickelt.

I ordered the 5 plus 5 free (cause that is what every person would do!), but I only received the 5 pairs, not my size but xxl.
Tried their email address, inbox is full, phone number doesn't exist.
Don't fall for their 24/7 customer service claim, doesn't exist.
I am really upset that I failed to read the Trustpilot reviews before I sent them my money, lesson learnt.

Don’t bother. I can’t tell you if their claims for the material is correct as I’m not a 12 year old boy size. The boxer shorts - L - are like wearing razor blades. I’m 6 feet 2 and 80kg, slim build. The t shirts - L - are too short and literally like a spray on they’re so tight. I ordered socks as well - the only redeeming feature is that they failed to deliver 9 pairs. The one pair that was delivered were so thin I don’t think they’d last more than a day. Ps they’re from China and take about a month to arrive.

einfach ausgedrückt, Betrüger! Warte seit Wochen auf meine Bestellung. Auch meiner Bitte, mir das Geld zurück zu überweisen, kommen die nicht nach. Wollen ständig de. Vorgang prüfen.
Ganz schlechter Stiel

Ordered a size that I thought would have fit but were too small,wanted to exchange or refund but didn’t want to know,only offered another order at a discounted price,I find that’s piss poor customer service as you have a right to a refund or exchange,avoid and shop elsewhere.

Größen passen überhaupt nicht. Ein rückgabe oder Umtausch ist nicht möglich. Man bekommt standardantworten. Sie wollen 50% erstatten dafür, dass Sie nicht passen.

Vorsicht! China-Ware....Ich habe Boxershorts in 2 XL bestellt . In Deutschland wäre das maximal eine L

Ich habe 1 Monat auf meine Bestellung gewartet - es ist die falsche Größe gekommen - zuerst wollte ich nur umtauschen, jetzt würde ich es gerne zurückgeben... Leider meldet sich niemand wenn man eine E-Mail schreibt!!

Ich kann den Shop nicht empfehlen, würde eher Unterwäsche aus Stahlwolle anziehen bevor mich dieser Shop nochmal sieht!!

This company has been dreadful in dealing with my purchase. They have ignored every single email and message sent to them,and there have been 5 mails sent to them so far in relation to this transaction. They have sent the wrong product. The products received are not what was ordered! It is impossible to get a refund or return the boxers so my money has been wasted. One of the products ordered the quality was shocking with loose threads in numerous places. There are no phone numbers on their website and all correspondence is blanked. Please be careful and I would not use this company at this time, when there are so many others selling identical product That will supply and communicate well.  such an unnecessary shame.
