ordered a year ago never got anything. Tried again got a month later washed them out of 7 pair over $50.00 washed them and all 7 either way to small or very big all were miss sized and they wont do anything for me. I would never buy anything from them again.

Horrible customer service. They sent me The wrong size over a year and a half ago, and still no refund. I went to order and was charged outrageous shipping, so I decided not to order. Within minutes, late at night, they texted me asking why I didn't place an order. Binsaid the shipping was too much. They said how about free shipping? I said ok and placed the order. Guess what, I was charged for shipping, and they sent the wrong size. When I wrote them, they said they'll send a prepaid label for me to send back. I never got the label. I wrote, asking for the label, they said shipping is on me, they don't do prepaid shipping labels. The they offered me 75% refund and I keep the underwear. I had no need for it, so I declined. I forwardes their email saying they would give me a shipping label, and they said ok well do it. Nothing happened. I wrote again, they stated again that they don't provide shipping labels. Finally, I got someone that said a refund has been given. Weeks later, I wrote saying I ha e not received the refund, they said it could take weeks. I never got the refund. Then I wrote back again, and they said they never sent a refund and that I would not be getting a refund. The someone else wrote me and asked for all the Email communications and the would look into it. I sent them detailed emails (18 months worth of back and forth). That was 6 months ago. They haveied to my face several times, made promises that they had no intentions of keeping. Oh, and the underwear is crap. Also, try to call their phone number, busy signal 100% of the time, no matter when you call!!

I looked online and saw the underwear with a note at the bottom of the page IN STOCK READY TO SHIP IN 24/48 hrs. I ordered and paid and within a very short period of time I received a message saying due to high volume of orders packing would be 3/4 days. It took a week to be packed and sent. I tried speaking to customer service but all I got back was be patient, the order is coming, no real updates . It took over 3 weeks to arrive , from China ( which isnt advertised) . On arrival I opened the pack and tried the item on, it was meant to be mens medium , they are marked medium. They definitely are more of a small compared to other boxers I have purchased.
Overall underwhelmed and slightly disappointed. Look elsewhere if you want decent , faster service and items that are the size you want

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!! I placed an order for quantity 10, 32” waist and received 36-38” back in October 2025. Contacted their “customer service” and was told to donate the incorrect size and they would get a replacement shipment right out to me. After a month of not hearing from them, and again reached out. I was then told due to high demand there is a slight delay in shipment. Each month I reach out for a status and get the same line of BULLSHIT. I think their customer service response is a robot named Julia.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Nothing new just been screwed! Spent $115. on XL And they sent all small after a 12 day delivery!
They advised me to send a picture of the order so they could see the condition. Then $28 to sent the order back. Now they have my money and their product and continue to answer my emails with promises to expedite my refund. It has been 3 weeks! How do they get away with this? There must be some kind of protection for the consumer.

Name Mr.Martin.2weeks ago ordered set 5+2free 2.boxers and 2×silk boxers,was told 2 days ago in transit,nothing yet,tried contacting Boxhero,but have failed 7 times,looks as though web site doesn't exist, There address comes up as a car showroom in New York.in America.I think I've been scammed yet again loosing just under £90.Voltrayo was a Chinese company who scammed me for over £150 .My credit company Visa Vanquis was not very helpful, lost my claim.and cash seems it's happened again.Fom now on will stick to known Brands with shops in the UK. Everyone be aware.

I bought them last year and wasn’t pleased. I felt the leg was too short. So I heard about 2.0 and tried them. I bought the 10 pack. The 2.0 are WONDERFUL! MUCH Better. My issue is I got half the 2.0 and half the old shit that people evidently complained about. I think the product is excellent, I think marketing are sleazy.

Orginal order was back in Sept didn't them until late October and then I got the wrong size. Emailed them on October 21 stating this and sent the request measure ments that were asked for. It is now April 10th 2026 and I have yet to receive what I paid for. All I get from them is form emails with a different name. I still have all correspondences with them. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Oh, I never got my money back either. So if they promise you 100% satisfaction don't belive them

Placed order March 20 and got an email saying it shipped March 23rd excepted arrival between March 31 and April 7th. Now April 10th not here and tracking showing in transit.

Ich habe Boxershorts gekauft, die im Angebot auf Social Media beworben wurden. Der Stoff ist recht dünn und fühlt sich im ersten Moment etwas nach Plastik an, wobei die Unterwäsche eigentlich aus Bambus sei?! Jedoch ist der Tragekomfort wirklich gut. Es engt nichts ein und man spürt die Unterhose kaum. Die Verarbeitung ist okay, hier und da kleine Fäden oder Nahtfehler. Der Versand hat beinahe zwei Wochen gedauert, obwohl der Versand mit wenigen Tagen angepriesen wurde.

Made in china. Sizes are way off. I bought large and tag said large, but fit like extra small. They Offered replacement of XL if I paid 8 dollars in shipping.

I placed an order in October 2025. The size was too large. I sent a email, got a response fast! They said don’t worry, just cover shipping and we will replace with the correct size. Paid the shipping cost. Update - Apr. 1, 2026 and I am still waiting for my replacement order. Multiple email responses are the same, saying don’t worry they are just busy and will be ship soon, always by Julie, customer service. No one answers the customer service telephone number which always goes to voice mail! Customer service is terrible and would not recommend to anyone! Now trying to get my credit card payment cancelled.

I done an order in September last year and all I had is greif. Never got my boxer shorts that I paid for. After countless emails of we can't find your order - can you confirm your order - can you confirm your order again - send a signed email confirming that you have not received your order for fraud - proof of purchase time and time again. I don't know how many people I was dealing with ? They even replied back with emails in a different language to put me off As I said do not give them your money

Terrible customer service. When I received my order, they were all wadded up in one ball in a plastic bag. The first customer service said they would make it right, but nothing has ever happened. I disputed the charge and got credit for it and I still have the product. They said free returns but won’t send a prepaid label. So, I am charging them one dollar day storage until they do. So far up to $12.

If I could vote less than one star I would vote less. I ordered 2 orders in one big order, about $150. I bought it through affirm. I think that was a mistake. I should have paid through my credit card to be able to for a refund because boxhero fulfilled half my order. I paid off the whole order to affirm. They owe me an order or owe me a refund of about $70 to $80. I have tried to contact boxhero underwear customer service. They are difficult to get in contact. I emailed their contact email, no response.

Cheap quality product, obviously made in China. Ordered XL size, not true to size. Commercials showed products WITH fly front. Recieved product NO fly front. Contacted BOXHERO exchange. Their offer, a $7.99 per item shipping fee!! Paid almost $40 for original order. Exchange would cost me the same amount!! They claim it's " saving" me money!! Dont fall for the adverts! Their claim to have been voted #1 doesn't say who did the voting.

BUYER BEWARE! BOXHERO'S ADS ON REFUNDS/EXCHANGES ARE DECEIVING. Don't believe them. WE CALLED RIGHT AFTER CHRISTMAS FOR AN EXCHANGE. THE SERVICE DEPT TOLD US THAT THEY WOULD SEND US A DIFFERENT SIZE INSTEAD OF RETURN. (LARGE INSTEAD OF X-LARGE).
THEY PROMISED SEVERAL TIMES AFTER CALLING/WRITING THEM. EMPTY PROMISES. THEY NEVER FOLLOWED UP. Instead they EMAILED the original shipment BACK TO US IN MARCH AFTER ANOTHER PROMISE OF Return.

Someone tell me how this company is doing business on line and they can’t seem to get the order correct. Has anyone reported them to the BBA or consumer report? They should not be allowed to operate like this anywhere on America’s soil. I too have encountered wrong size orders as well as wrong type of products ordered, administration confusion and unfulfilled promises reply’s. They act like some of the drive through restaurants I’ve encountered, you don’t know what you have in your bag until after you’ve driven away and you set down to eat. Do they have a legitimate home office in the USA?

Bought a set of 5 with 5 free. I received 5 correct size, the other 5 were wrong size. I emailed them and they told me they would make it good. I told them I would ship the wrong ones and we could exchange for the right size.i ordered them on Fe February 16, and I still haven’t received anything, I reached out to them again. They gave me an order number waited a few days and tried to track the order. Order number is invalid, sent them another email 3 days ago. No reply, no response.

My dad had a terrible experience. They sent him the complete wrong size, and when he asked to exchange or get a refund for THEIR MISTAKE, they told him no and that he would have to pay to send it all back before they would send him the right size. So much for “45 day money back guarantee” and “free returns, no questions asked.” This place is a joke. Don’t order
