Never buy from here
I bought for 2 weeks ago and they haven’t even send my stuff. They don’t answer mails or any form for contact. They just steal your money. May Allah guide you

From the U.S.! I absolutely loved the shirt. Good quality and beautiful logo and brand. I also like how comfortable the shirt is as well.

Shocking customer service, I bought a hoodie and returned it through recorded delivery (cost me £17), it says on the tracking it has been collected and signed by the business. After emailing them constantly to find out if it had been delivered I had to escalate it with PayPal, they responded on PayPal claiming that they couldn't find the tracking number so I sent the receipt and screenshots of Royal Mail saying it has been delivered, no response. I'm hoping PayPal will resolve this issue but they haven't replied. If you buy something from this company make you are a 1000% sure it is what you want otherwise you're stuck with it. Don't expect any sort of customer service.

Update: They refunded some of the money back, I still have to pay £20 to PayPal while they have taken the money from PayPal and didn't refund the full money back, disgrace of a company, not to say PayPal are much better!!

AVOID

I have been waiting for my order for the past couple weeks and heard nothing. I have emailed them for updates and had no response what so ever. There is no contact number and in order to get a refund it says I need to email, which they have been ignoring.

I feel as though they have just disappeared after taking my money and have no intention of returning it or providing the goods.

I ordered a t-shirt, which arrived and is absolutely horrific quality. So cheap and thin, and poorly made. It's basically transparent. I have contacted the customer service email numerous times, asking for instructions on how to return the t shirt (instructions not listed on the website, only a long piece of text talking about a 'withdrawal contract') and they have not returned any of my emails. There is obviously a time limit to returning this item, and I can't help but think they are purposefully not responding to meet the time limit and prevent me from returning the t-shirt. Avoid this company at all costs, very cheap, thin and transparent clothes not worth your money or the hassle.

Moreover, you will need to pay for 100% of the return. If you don't cover customs costs at the point of the return they will fine you up to 100 euros. Forget the 'charity' aspect, they want to take as much money as they can from you. Avoid at all costs.

Nachtrag: Kritische Stimmen unerwünscht
Nach Veröffentlichung meiner Rezension auf einer Bewertungsplattform (Trustpilot) hat Boxinton versucht, diese löschen zu lassen. Ich sehe dies als klaren Hinweis darauf, dass das Unternehmen bemüht ist, negative Rückmeldungen zu unterdrücken, anstatt sich mit Kritik konstruktiv auseinanderzusetzen.

Ein Blick auf die Plattform zeigt, dass auch zahlreiche andere kritische Stimmen gemeldet und entfernt wurden. Solch ein Vorgehen wirft ein beunruhigendes Licht auf den Umgang des Unternehmens mit Transparenz und Kundenzufriedenheit.

Warnung: Wer überlegt, bei Boxinton zu bestellen, sollte sich bewusst sein, dass kritisches Feedback hier scheinbar systematisch zum Schweigen gebracht wird. Eine offene Auseinandersetzung mit Kundenbeschwerden scheint nicht Teil der Unternehmensphilosophie zu sein.

After publishing my review on Trustpilot, Boxinton attempted to have it removed. This suggests a deliberate effort to suppress negative feedback rather than addressing criticism constructively.

A closer look at the platform reveals that numerous other negative reviews have also been flagged or removed. Such actions raise serious concerns about the company’s transparency and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Warning: If you are considering making a purchase from Boxinton, be aware that critical voices appear to be systematically silenced. Engaging openly with customer complaints does not seem to be part of this company’s approach.

ACHTUNG! Die Retoure musste laut Boxinton in die Schweiz erfolgen, was mich über 50 Euro gekostet hat. Am Ende wurde behauptet, dass die Ware verschmutzt und zu spät angekommen sei, und man weigerte sich, mir mein Geld zurückzuerstatten. Zum Glück konnte ich dank des PayPal-Käuferschutzes nach über einem Monat mein Geld zurückerhalten.

Meiner Meinung nach wird hier skrupellos unsere Solidarität mit den Palästinensern ausgenutzt, um auf die unfairste Weise Geld zu verdienen. Es ist erschreckend, wie weit manche für Profit gehen.

Das war mit Abstand die schlimmste Erfahrung, die ich jemals mit einem Unternehmen gemacht habe. Der Kundenservice war extrem unseriös und unprofessionell – auf meine Anfragen erhielt ich wochenlang keine Antwort.

Falls ihr ähnliche Probleme habt, kann ich nur empfehlen, einen PayPal-Käuferschutz-Fall zu eröffnen. Während ich von diesem Unternehmen enttäuscht wurde, konnte PayPal für Recht und Ordnung sorgen.

I've just received my three tshirts from Boxinton, bought less than a week ago.
These tshirts are amazing, great material, great prints, great messages.
They are very well made, I would recommend them to anyone interested in supporting peopole of Gaza (or even just into arabic art and a bit nostalgic). Great, great product!

FINGER WEG!!!!

Man tut dort was bestellen und schickt es 1 Tag zu spät zurück aufgrund von Krankheit ok mein Fehler aber, ( Grund: Klamotten fallen viel zu klein aus mit 1,85m XL bestellt und man kriegt halb Bauchfrei ) kriegt über 6 Wochen keine Antwort und dann wird einem erst gesagt das es nicht geht ( nachdem man 30€ Versand in die Schweiz gezahlt hat was sinnlos ist da es aus Deutschland gesendet wurde )
Dann hat man es akzeptiert unter der Bedingung eventuell einfach ein Gutschein zu schicken, dann kam natürlich wieder ein Nein.
Und auf die bitte es dann einfach zurückzuschicken wurde gesagt die Versand muss selber übernommen werden, habe ich auch akzeptiert und nun geht der S…… seit ANFANG AUGUST und ich hab immernoch nicht meine bezahlte 200€ Bestellung!!!!
Die wollen nur Geld machen meinen einen auf Palästina hier und da und das sag ich als Libanese kauft dort nicht!!!!

Retoure schwierig da es in die Schweiz zurückgeführt werden muss… obwohl das Paket aus Mindlheim versendet wurde… Qualität des Sweatshirt super aber der Schnitt leider nicht … im Schulter Bereich zuweit unten im Bund viel zu eng…auf meine Mail zur Anfrage eine Retoure innerhalb Deutschlands durch zu führen wurde nie geantwortet… liebes Team das ist wahnsinnig schade… hier will man gutes tun und hat das Gefühl abgezockt worden zu sein😥

Love the designs but the quality isn't great and I unexpectedly got charged £70 at customs! I ordered 2 jumpers and 1 t-shirt. The black material on the internal of the jumper comes off on my skin. I washed the jumpers twice but it's still happening so obviously the quality isn't great. But I'm happy to be repping my Lebanon and Palestine jumpers.

This tracksuit not only looks fantastic but also carries a powerful message. The quality is outstanding, and the design proudly represents Palestine. It’s perfect for staying comfortable. Truly a must-have for anyone who wants to wear their pride! Highly recommended

Die Bestellung lief reibungslos und die Ware kam auch zeitnah geliefert. Die Qualität ist sehr gut und das sieht man auch an. Das Shirt ist auf jeden Fall ein Eyecatcher.
