Attending the Arsenal vs Bournemouth match was a mix of highs and lows. While the excitement of the game and the atmosphere at the stadium were top-notch, the experience started off on the wrong foot due to ticket issues. We had purchased our tickets through StubHub, but unfortunately, they didn’t work at the gate, a frustrating and stressfull situation, especially considering how pricey the tickets were to begin with and I was attending with my wife
We then purchased tickets from Box Office Events at a very last minute. Thankfully Mudassar and the team completely turned things around. His professionalism, calm demeanour, and dedication to sending my tickets promptly and made sure I entered the stadium made all the difference. He went above and beyond to ensure we didn’t miss out on the match, and for that, we’re incredibly grateful.
Despite the ticket hiccup, the match itself was a let down as we lost! but overall experience ended on a high note, largely thanks to Mudassar’s help. If you’re heading to a big game, be cautious with buying from third-party ticket vendors, stick to official resellers rest assured that good people are out there to help when things go wrong.

Customer service, customer service! Prior to booking our package with Box Office Events, I reached out and they quickly answered all of my questions. Two days before the match, I couldn’t find the email with my tickets. I emailed and Adam got right back to me. He not only sent them again, but he also connected with me through What’s App and sent them. On match day, he reached out to me to make sure everything went well. It couldn’t have been better. We will certainly use them again when we come back over for another match!

I had the best experience for the Palace vs Brentford match, having come to Selhurst for years I have never done a hospitality box before, so it was all new for me I had the best time, the company was great, food excellent, drink excellent, box excellent! The match result.... disappointing! 😂 but I cannot thank Adam enough for sorting this for me, he deserves 10* but I can only give 5! Absolutely amazing memorable day! And I wouldn't hesitate going again!
