Booked my tickets day of the game received them within the hour

I decided to attend a West Ham United fixture on Saturday afternoon and only booked on Friday night. I had never used GoOfficial before, so checked the Club website to make sure they were an official partner, which they were.
Navigating the website was easy, I got an immediate confirmation and the email with ticket came 1 hour later. Will definitely use again.

Go official is really easy to use. Prices are great and Tobi has been a great help when I have needed last minutes tickets. Would defo recommend.

Went to the Academy lounge for the West ham v Charlton game,tickets were excellent,staff were so courteous and smartly dressed.
It felt premium,if I had one negative it was trying to get my complementary drink at half time,I got it but right before the game was about to start.
However I got value for money,a great game the whole experience from ordering the tickets definitely 5*

GoOfficial provided tickets for myself and my daughter to the Great Briton bar and the plush halfway line seating that goes with it for the West Ham vs Charlton game.
Communication was excellent and we had a wonderful day (bar the result, which is not in anyone bar the payers control). We enjoyed the complementary drinks and bar area before and after the game. This made for a relaxing experience vs my usual season ticket standard match day.
We got to meet an ex player, Jimmy Walker to boot.
I would recommend.

Online booking/ordering was very easy book tickets, received prompt confirmation email and tickets sent as stated, could not fault and would highly recommend.

I was in the Great Briton lounge for the West Ham v Charlton game. It was a very good price for excellent seats on the halfway line, plus a free drink and programme, and chance to meet club legends. Would definitely recommend the experience.

We had early access to the game which took the stress out of a busy day. The staff were incredibly polite and considerate, they were incredibly helpful! The Academy Bar was incredible and the seats and view of the pitch was the best! The experience was worth every penny and have already considered booking again!

My ticket was upgraded free of charge and i found the welcome I received when I arrived very warm and friendly. My seat was perfect and a great view.I would recommend using them for match tickets .

Had an incredible hospitality experience at London Stadium for the West Ham match. From the warm welcome, to the lounge, every detail was spot on. The seats gave a brilliant view of the pitch, and the staff were attentive throughout. Would book again in a heartbeat, five stars all round!

Great Hospitality package, pretty much best seats in the house, right on the halfway line, a great view…just a shame West Ham were terrible 🙄

Friendly staff and a stress free experience from start to finish. Despite my team not winning, the day was still brilliant! Would recommend to anyone and cannot say enough good things about GoOfficial.

Was lucky enough to win free tickets from one of their instagram giveaways - great experience!! Entering the premises was quick and easy, the lady who greeted us and explained how things work in the lounge was very sweet and helpful, the lounge itself was beautiful and the seats we pulled were the best I’ve ever had.
