Having made an error when selecting the size of my Tshirt, I contacted the team and, despite it being a Friday evening, got an almost instant response. I have many BGST items, and love them all.

I recently ordered the same product twice and luckily for me, Tania spotted the error.
Tani went above and beyond and proactively contacted me to make me aware and corrected it by cancelling incorrect order and processing a refund.

Bad quality print
I really like the concept of the brand but the print quality is absolutely bad. I ordered the bee motive and on the website it looked almost photo realistic. The print I got was grainy, looks more comic like and had much less colors than the picture on the website. It's the one thing that a brand has to do, print the logo on it but even H&M can do it better for half the price.
