Bought 2 for my adult sons who recommended this brand to me. Jumpers where fab quality and they where delighted with them for Christmas. Will definitely buy again, great company, great cause, keep up the good work

Ethos for this clothing is amazing. Bought a hoodie as a gift for Christmas. The quality was perfect and the hoodie has washed well.

I bought something in November as a Christmas present, but because of the return/exchange conditions I am being refused a size exchange. I am not even asking for money back, just a size change for a gift. Very poor for a brand that prides itself on being different, and especially so as other retailers have been much more understanding in similar situations.

Great quality and message

Ordered a hoodie in my normal size, but was far too small. The quality is very cheap, on par with fruit of the loom quality. Massively support the message behind the company, however the whole experience was a joke. Returned the hoodie, with paid postage, only after 3 weeks to be told they haven't received it so by the looks of it they've had £40 off me, and then another £5 to return the item and then no item returned. Its a shame only 10% goes to charity and ive just given a company £40 for nothing to show for it

Pretty thin hoodie tbh,more lile a thick tshirt. The print didn't feel the best but we'll see how well it holds up. Design is cool but don't think I'd order again tbh. Atleast not a hoodie anyway. Also some kind of spill/mark on the hoodie which wasn't exactly happy about.

Love the quality and the message that gets put but its christmas time and I ordered a top for my partner as hes been wanting something from this website a while so I order and next thing you know get a knock at the door my partner answers the door and passes me tbe package that has the brand name written all over it... the surprise is spoilt now.. he knows what hes got and its was tbe main present i got him not going to lie im abit disappointed as I thought with it being christmas it'd be common sense to make the product discreet for this not to happen... clearly cant order from here at christmas time no more

I was really excited to order items from this company. The designs looked great and as a wife and mother of two sons, I love the message they are trying to bring awareness to and was keen to support it. Unfortunately, their products were just so disappointing. I ordered two hoodies and sadly the quality is just so poor. The fabric was cheap and thin, no thicker than an average weight T-shirt. It was never going to offer any warmth whatsoever. The print didn’t look great or like it would survive more than a couple of washes. I opted to send them back for a refund. I paid for the return postage and am also being charged for the delivery cost despite the return being due to a sub standard quality item. The process takes ages so it will be about 2 weeks before I get my money back. So disappointing. Wouldn’t shop there again and wouldn’t recommend to others.

If there was an option to give 0 stars I would. I ordered a T-shirt on the 24th of October and 5 weeks later the person I bought it for said it didn’t arrive so I checked the tracking, only to see fastway was the courier (who went into receivership)and it was returned to sender. At no point was I emailed to let me know there was an issue with delivery so I contacted customer support. There is no phone number to call and the chat option on the site is AI which is useless. It tells you it’s connecting you to an agent which leads you to believe it’s an actual person so you are just left sitting there waiting. Eventually after waiting an hour thinking someone was joining the chat I emailed the support address which takes a few days for them to come back on. I was told there was an issue with my address a few times in their back and forth emails which mind you, went on for a week. Now, over 7 weeks since I ordered the T-shirt, I’m told that they can fix the address and reship but the item is out of stock and did I want a different T-shirt. What a SHOCKING experience overall. Considering the company supports a mental health charity and the customer has to do all the chasing to ensure they get their item after paying for a service is madness! NEVER again will I buy from them.

Ordered one of the sweatshirts for my son. The design I originally wanted was out of stock-then the next 2 I picked were also out of stock. I managed to get the koi design in the end but I have definitely not got a ‘last resort’. The sweatshirt is lovely and I’m glad that I got this design. It’s easy to see how they were out of stock quickly.
A great cause which is very close to my heart. I will be purchasing again in the future.

Refunded, without explanation and was in stock, at time of buying.

What a shame, usually good service.

Have ordered here several times and all been fantastic.
I made a size mistake with a recent order and they were very helpful, responded quickly and cancelled my order so I could then reorder the correct size.
Brilliant service, good quality product and great message!
