Been using this company for a while because I love their designs and what they stand for. However, I’ve notice a big drop in quality on my recent purchases. Both tees and hoodies feel a lot thinner and honestly, kind of cheap. Maybe they get the materials from a different supplier now but it feels like a big downgrade (to me at least) which is a shame. They’re not horrible by any means but not what they used to be.

The equality of both the T-shirts and the jumpers have dropped significantly over the last few months between placing orders

Terrible quality and terrible customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Firsty the jumper sizing is way off, I am a UK 6 and ordered a S for an ‘oversized’ fit… this only just fit my 10 year old child. The quality is CHEAP, like something you’d get from Temu for £2. I paid a ridiculous price for next day delivery so it was here for world mental health day. It wasnt even shipped next day let alone delivered. Emailed on about day 3 to see where it was and still havent had a response now! Messaged on email and facebook again with zero communication. I havent returned said item as I spoke to other customers when trying to get in touch with the company and one person told me half of the print was missing from their jumper, they returned it and the company wouldnt accept the return! Honestly they are appauling, please check out trust piolet reviews before buying from them. I dont know whos mental health they are supporting but it certainly isnt the customers!

Amazing design on hoodie, I’ve been stoped by so many lads complementing the hoodie

Will start by saying that I completely I understand mental health in men needs more awareness, but making money off it by selling cheaply made clothing for high street prices is not acceptable. Ordered 2 jumpers. £41 each (on offer) quality was poor (very thin material) and sizing was questionable. Decided to return them. I had to pay for return delivery (tracked due to value of package) 12 days later I finally receive a return accepted email. The email details that a charge of £3.99 was taken from the final ammount refunded. No reason stated as to why so I can only assume that it was some form of admin or delivery charge. So now I have paid £10 just to try 2 jumpers on and send them back. I would have been better served donating my £10 to a mental health charity and then getting my own jumper printed. This whole transaction has honestly had a negative impact on my mental health when it was meant to be a company built to support people. Will avoid this company at all costs now. There are better, cheaper alternatives out there that spread the same message in a better way.

Really didn’t want to write this review about a mental health product but have no choice firstly you were quick to contact me regarding size issues and how to exchange and refund before I purchased now you have sent me a item that is damaged I can not get hold of you clearly not thinking of mental health hear are you are it’s not helping me I want to send back for a refund and I Carnt understand why you don’t have a return address on your website alarm bells should of told me to stay clear ombudsman have been notified and so has my bank to try and get my money back if you do read this please reply to all my emails I just want my money back as you are not helping and if anybody does want to purchase be very careful as seems like when they have your money they send you a item where the transfer on the back is nothing like the images on any pictures let’s see how much you care and send me a return address one way or another I will get my money back as you should know better if you claim to be helping mental health issues shocking customer service

Delivery was quick but the quality is terrible, It's a shame because i love the cause and the message but one wash and all three hoodies shrunk and the print faded massively on the coloured ones. I wouldn't buy again.

Also - Reached out to support who did nothing to help and just said they shouldn't have been tumble dried.

Got so many of the hoodies and t-shirts from BGST now i've lost count.

The designs are brilliant and on point and the quality of the products is second to none. Can't wait to see the next collection

Fantastic product. Excellent delivery service. Great fit and true to size.First class communication from the company. A lovely touch was receiving an email from the company after my item was delivered to ask if everything was OK and if there was anything they could do to help. I can see my wardrobe filling up with many of these products soon. Superb

Both are amazing quality and have washed up nicely.
Brand is pure quality definitely buy again .
