BPC were a great company to deal with.
I bought and installed an MVHR system in my three bed bungalow, which suffered with condensation problems.
They were able to design me a system using my hand drawn plan of the property, and put together a whole package at a very competitive price.
Good advice, good price, good kit, and my property is now condensation free and more energy efficient.

Very bad customer service the remote control for the fan broke after 9 months, but they told me that the 2-year warranty did not cover it, spend your money else ware.

CHEAP BRITTLE PIPEWORK – POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT – NOT FOR RESIDENTIAL SALES and INSTALLATIONS

If you’re considering an MVHR system for a residential installation – AVOID BPC Ventilation like the plague!

We paid over £5k for a residential MVHR system from BPC Ventilation. Aside from the Vent Axia system, which came directly from the manufacturer in London, the supporting pipework and kit from BPC Ventilation in Ireland is THIN, BRITTLE and ARRIVED SPLIT IN FIVE PLACES. Even the BOOSTER SWITCH PACKAGING WAS OPENED, without explanation. They even delivered pipes with A DIFFERENT PRODUCT CODE EXTENSION to the one we ordered and the sales manager has tried to fob us off telling us the pipe they sent out is better – but it isn’t - its poor quality and brittle. Also, THEY SHORT CHANGE you on their 120cm wide INSULATION - this measures only 117cm wide and the sales manager, just ignored this point when I noted it.

BPC Ventilation REFUSES TO REPLACE ONE ROLL OF PIPE costing £180, which arrived BURST across four rolls on the reel of pipe and is blaming us for not certifying the package as damaged on arrival!

To save money on their delivery costs, BPC Ventilation stacked two pallets 7 FOOT HIGH by 1.2m WIDE with our pipework, and then BPC Ventilation used shrink wrap plastic to tightly bind the pipe and boxes together so they didn't fall over because their centre of gravity was so high. This resulted in one roll of pipe which was packed above the boxes BURSTING DUE TO COMPRESSION in four places and a second roll burst in one place. When we asked for a replacement pipe roll for the pipe with four splits, they said we must have cut through the pipe and we should have told them about the damage earlier!! How the hell can we inspect two 7 foot towers, that arrive unannounced on the drive one afternoon when we aren't at the house? What delivery service do you know that will wait for 45 minutes while you unwrap two 7 foot structures comprising 5 massive 1.2m wide pipe rolls with 2 huge boxes strapped beneath them? Why didn’t BPC Ventilation send three smaller, manageable packages?

In summary, shoddy company to deal with unless you have time to lodge a Trading Standards complaint. You can buy the same kit for your Vent Axia elsewhere.

I bought some pvc supply and extraction valves £15 each and totaling £90, beware ! If you fit these and try to remove them later for cleaning ect the small metal prongs that hold them in place will break off Rendering them useless, there is no information on the website informing you of this, I complained to Gary Burns of BPC and informed him they were only 3 months old and he sent me a very nasty email telling me to send them to airflow and not him !
I have purchased a complete Mvhr system from BPC costing thousands of pounds and as soon as I need help it simply isn’t available, the customer care is non existent
