FRAUDULENT COMPANY. DO NOT USE. Our Ledbury branch decided to only deliver half of our order and have refused to refund us the missing items. ABSOLUTE SCAM. Will be reporting to trading standards. USE SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SPARE YOURSELF THE HASSLE!!!!

Item was too long for car, but the branch lent me a tape measure and saw, so I could cut the baton to size.

Bradfords offers competitive pricing
Bradfords offers competitive pricing, helpful staff, and a great range of stock. Delivery communication was clear and efficient, and the drivers were polite and accommodating. While the items arrived slightly later than expected and there were minor quality issues, it didn’t affect my project. Overall, a reliable and professional service.

Good website, easy to find what you need. Reasonable prices with free delivery. I had a phone call to confirm the order and delivery date straight after ordering on the website. Very good customer service.

Bradfords has competitive pricing and a helpful staff, which is appreciated. However, my recent experience fell short of expectations. While the delivery drivers are polite and helpful, I encountered delays with the delivery and some quality issues with the items. It's generally a good service, but these issues prevent me from giving a higher rating.

Would have been full marks but the items arrived a day later than communicated. Also there were some small quality issues with the items received, luckily nothing that impacted on the project.
