Having looked into this, I found that there was an error with your order being processed on our system on Friday. Therefore, Sidmouth were completely unaware of your order. Ordered patio slabs on line but soon received call from store advising delivery date. Turned up as scheduled and slabs were in good condition and just as ordered. Efficient process.
