A very good compressor, the inside of the tank had no rust whatsoever . Had a bad experience last month from a supplier where the NEW compressor was riddled with deep set rust . The compressor was the same specification and half the price !

I ordered a shed through Bradfords Building Supplies (Order #000265378) which was delivered directly by their supplier, Power Sheds. It arrived in a shocking condition. Multiple main timber walls and the window frames arrived covered in severe white mould and deep black fungal spores.I immediately took 16 photos and emailed customer service at 11:11 AM on delivery day. Because I had a build crew ready, I assembled the unaffected floor and healthy panels to protect them from the weather. Wiping the mould didn't work—the black mould has deeply stained the wood grain.Despite clear photographic evidence of a supplier error, Bradfords and Power Sheds have completely refused to offer a partial refund or price reduction to cover the heavy chemical treatments and labor required to fix their mess. Their customer service agent, Sam, tried to claim that because I started building the uncompromised panels, I have 'accepted' the damaged goods. This is completely wrong under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.Bradfords are happy to take your money, but if their supplier sends you damaged, mouldy goods, they will dig their heels in and leave you stranded. Avoid buying sheds from them.

Excellent service from customer support to tack down a missing item and send a replacement along with a refund as well, I can't fault them and would highly recommend them

Would avoid at all cost! Ordered type 1 mot. Ended up getting type 20! Might aswell of sent me house bricks the hardcore was that big. I couldn’t replace as my labourer was non the wiser when he cut bulk bag and then realised some joker at the yard thought they would mix a load of really big rocks in. Looked intentional. Covered it with bags of cement loose so didn’t tell by the time the delivery driver scurried off! Rekons he had no signal for me to sign for my materials, really really dodgy! And delivery driver was the most awkward person I’ve ever dealt with in my life! Everyone I dealt with, especially the delivery driver was absolutely no help what so ever. But the delivery driver needs looking into also! My neighbour thought they caught him taking pictures or recording of his wife and daughter also. Real unprofessional creep of a bloke.i know why he had that Big sarcastic grin on his face now! No way would I ever recommend or use this company again!

We had our delivery today of decking boards and topsoil. Our delivery area was a bit of a logistical nightmare, being a lane at the rear of our house. The driver went out of his way to be helpful with placing the goods as close as he could. Very happy with the quality of our goods, and many thanks to the delivery driver. Bradfords at Avonmouth, wonderful customer service both from the staff on the phone, and the driver. We are very happy to recommend them for excellent customer service and quality.

Unnecessary delays on KitchenKit orders.
Waiting a month for dispatch when they are 2 days from kitchen kit and in stock! I'll order elsewhere next time.

Superb support and Design from Adam at the Worcester branch. In the 40 years I have been involved in building, I have found Adam’s support, knowledge and experience, second to none.

I worked for a Merchant so went to them for some goods but not interested.

However the Bradfords Barnstaple team could not do enough, ordered in non stock goods and delivered in super quick time. Well done guys you should be proud of the branch you have clearly made the go to in Barnstaple.

I want to say a big thank you to all the staff at the Glastonbury store for your patience, help and the driver of the delivery Keith for delivering my stuff today. Its been amazing from start to finish and whoever you speak to they are friendly and understanding. Highly recommended from me.

I ordered paving slabs to extend my existing patio and specifically purchased the exact same slab details, size and colour as my original order so the extension would match.

Once installed, the slabs supplied were significantly darker and clearly different in colour from both my existing slabs and the product shown on the website.

I raised the issue several times and explained that the goods supplied did not match the advertised product. However, I was repeatedly told that because the slabs had been installed, nothing further could be done.

I understand natural products can have slight variations, but this was a very noticeable difference and not what was expected when ordering the exact same product.

Very disappointing experience and complaint handling.

Brilliant customer service from Adam, Tom and Doug. This place offers the best prices ( I did my research) I was given invaluable advice on the project I was starting and can’t thank these guys enough. I found everything I needed in here so I didn’t have to spend the day going to different places.

I ordered a Rowlinson Tuscan 2 seater bench. This bench was delivered as a flat pack. I was fully expecting a fully made-up bench. No where against the product did it state that any assembly would be required. Very disappointing

Brilliant service. Ordered a shed on Monday afternoon and was delivered on Wednesday morning. Exceptional service and during the enquiry stage the sales team were extremely helpful and called me back to let me know if it was in stock.

Great service. Wasn't sure if they would find the delivery location as it was a small road to the back of our property. Was prepared to give driver instructions but had a phone call to say he had arrived.
