I ordered this door because where I ordered the other ones from they didn’t have this one in the other size. Sorry I didn’t just order the rest from your company. The order I made with you was delivered in ample time and intact. As I had a joiner lined up I was furious the other doors didn’t come in time. Unlike yourself I got pathetic customer service and was basically lied to. Know where I’ll be going to if I need anymore doors. (Certainly not B&Q)

They refuse to share the guarantee information and refuse to escalate complaints as per their own policy. I am now at the stage where they have completely ignored me so I'll be filing with small claims court to get the money to fix my damaged product. Never shop from these people. Your warranty will always be a mystery. The sorry was because another person denied my claim with assumptions. This is from them:

I am sorry for the way this was previously advised but we do not have a warranty 'list' as such, this is not a basic letter which we are refusing to give, this is something we do not simply have to hand as every warranty claim is a case by case form that we speak directly to the manufacturer about.

They refuse to get this information and refuse to inform me what I am and am not covered for. So basically they can deny whatever they want because they refuse to tell you what you are covered for. Disgusting and see you in small claims court

Again I am writing this review due to the lack of professionalism from this company, they agreed to refund my delivery charge, guess what still waiting, bet if I owed them money they would soon be hounding me, might seem petty but when you agree to a refund you shouldn't have to wait, be warned

We have ordered doors for our home and are very happy with the product especially at the price point which is spot on

I purchased 5 doors from this company in january,i had too wait for 4 weeks for delivery at which point i reserved my time from work and also my joiner.Upon fitting the first door when the joiner cut off the surplus wood the laminate chipped off at the bottom in several places along the bottom of the door,he patched it up with small bits that fell off ,not a great start !We also had the ash grey clear ofset glass door all doors were wrapped when delivered only with flimsy polythene after unwrapping this door there were all small scratches over the back of it and a few marks on the front it looked like when the glass had been put in they wernt very careful,as i had paid for his time and he was fitting them i wasnt happy but thought i could get a bit if scratch coverup.I reached out too this company and they were more bothered i thought about trying too negate the photos i provided,after a few emails they offered me £15 refund per door ! Thats 3 poor quality doors that cost over £600 i told them that would barely cover the cost of a good product too try and touch up with but nothing.I rate customer satisfaction as high as rating a product and on this occasion neither met expectations be wary buying online as you would have too go thtough them then wait for other doors too be delivered i was a bit stuck at the time its a shame beacause the doors are lovely but there are quality issues 3 out of 5 isnt great when costing a lot of money.Would not recommend.

I ordered ten doors from Leader and although I was mostly happy with the quality, a few of the doors had damaged edges. This could not have happened in transit, as they were well packaged. Luckily my doors had to be trimmed down, so it didn't matter, apart from one door, which, when notified to them, was replaced.

Really positive experience so far. I contacted customer service about delivery and got a quick,clear and helpful reply. I am looking forward to receiving my order.

Good website to navigate very easy to order and delivery within the timeframe that was advertised. Very good quality door and frame with proper care would probably last a lifetime.

Ordered multiple doors were delivered on time. Communication was excellent and lads delivering were really helpful. Would definitely use this company again

Ordered 3x doors and delivery date set. Company phoned following day to say one door was unavailable and delivery date would be following month. We were disappointed but agreed.

Then they called the next day to say they had the third door in stock and date was reset to original date. Waited home on afternoon of delivery day to then log in to online tracking to see the delivery was cancelled due to "stock issues".

Called the company, very little apology, and a mandatory 'legal' wait of 14 business days for a refund.

Absolute charlatans. Avoid like the plague.
