Brain puzzler, avoid. Easier said than done... I thought I was buying a mini greenhouse of all things from a different company but it was a total scam by these people.
I contacted my bank and was issued with a new card but that made no difference, the nearly £60 was still coming out of my account monthly, even from that new credit card. It was only after I spoke to the bank's scam department that this was resolved and I was refunded two months' payments.
I had initially sent several emails to this company, received a 'reply' each time from 'Regi' but this matter wasn't resolved so was a waste of time.

I have had 2 payments taken of £59.98 and the initial £1.87 my bank Starling are not wanting to know! Has anyone managed to contact this company at all. I see on Companies House they are in Scotland.

my experience matches that of the others on here, now got to try to get it stopped at my bank.

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM ,
advertising free goods for The cost of postage then when you pay that it leads to a
monthly payment of £59,98 which you've never signed up for,
IVE REPORTED IT TO MY BANK, THEY HAVE STOPPED MY CARD , REISSUED A NEW ONE SO THEY'LL NOT GET ANY FUTHER PAYMENTS , POSSIBLY LOST THAT MONEY BUT LESSON LEARNED,

Absolute scam. People like this should be ashamed. Taking a minimal amount and then £59.99 a month. Surely this can't be allowed. All report them immediately

I did not ask to join this crap, OR to be charged $99.95.

Don't touch this site, not even with a ten foot barge pole, I lost nearly 60 quid to these scammers, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD DEATAILS, you have been warned, I had to give one star to write this review, I take that star back....

Best thing to do, is to contact your Bank and report this as fraud.
Freeze your bank card.
Clearly whatever service this company claims to provide is utterly worthless as they resort to scams in order to steal your money.

This is a scam, £1.87 taken from my account and now have £59.98 pending. Have communicated with the bank and hope to have this stopped.

Took money from bank once cleared contacted bank they blocked my card and refunded
Beware everyone becos they sent email trying to get me to pay again but they committing fraud/scam

Absolute disgusting what they are doing conning people into believing they have won a prize and then after taking £1.87 for the postage they then within a day take £59.98 from my account i have rang my bank and hoping that they will help me recoop that hard earned money this company or scammers need reporting NOW!

This is most definitely a scam. I also had money taken but luckily my bank declined the last payment as they suspected I didn't authorise it. They are now putting a block on that particular card payment and have said if the company gets around that to contact them and they will sort it out for me.

I've just been scammed by this company. Today they took £58.98 from my bank without permission. Hopefully my bank can get this back but not hopeful. Never received any emails or messages from them.

Thought I’d give these scammers a run for their money after telling me I could get a bottle of Hennessy Paradis Rare Cognac for the meagre postage price of £1.67. Who’s that stupid lol. Nevertheless after giving them the £1.67 they tried on three occasions to come back for more stating that payment had not gone through, obviously they were taking the Michael lol considering the transaction was confirmed as leaving my account. Worse still they signed me up to some £59 per month subscription without my knowledge or consent. That was something I looked out for after reading other reviews. Moreover after having cancelled the subscription which was still in the 7 day trial period they tried to extract £59 from my account. Sadly for them I used my Revolut account with digital card that is free. After paying the initial postage fee I transferred every penny back to my everyday banking account leaving nothing in my Revolut account for them to steal. Great thing about Revolut is that they recognise your spending habits and in my case notified me immediately that a suspicious transaction had been declined. I was then prompted to cancel the card and was immediately given a new digital card that connects with your apple/google pay. Thus leaving the scammers in perpetual limbo. SUCKERS!!!

I have also been scammed by this company. I received and email saying I could win an M&S afternoon tea hamper if I did a short survey. I did the survey and was asked to pay the postage which was £1.87 on the 29th of March. It all looked genuine so I did pay.Then I noticed on the 1st of April £59.98 was taken from my bank account. I emailed Brainpuzzler and got a reply from Regi saying they had sent me an email about my subscription there was a trial period of 3 days to cancel. I checked all my inbock, trash and scam foulders but could not see an email from them. Regi told me to go on their site and unsubscribe to cancel my account with them which I have done.I will contact my bank but I don`t have much hope of getting my money back. I wonder how many other people have been scammed like this.

I also have been scammed by this company. I thought I had won an M&S treat with £1.87 postage. Instead they are trying to take £59.98 out of my account without my authorisation. Ive emailed them and informed my bank. I may not get this money back but they can no longer take any more. Please do not trust this company, I have been a fool to think it was genuine as it looked like M&S
