Better than expected
I was pensive as I'd ordered replacement pads for my akg's before it's read the reviews. Shipping took a little longer than expected and the tracking number was pointless. That said the product is much better than the original pads. In very happy with them and didn't have to pay vat etc that others talked about
Eu buyers beware
I made an order for 7 items on the 21 of may. They split the package into 2, which meant i had to pay double VAT and "handling" charges, due to them shipping from Singapore). The products themselves are overall meh. The Gaming cooling earpads are good/fine, but the rest were clearly 3d printed plastic and are bad/underwhelming (Titan - headphone and controller hanger is fine)

All's Well That Ends Well
Lets start with the negatives! Amazon Prime this is not. Expect to wait 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. Customer Service was okay but the tracking number really is a head scratcher. I purchased head phone ear replacements on May 13. According to the tracking number my item left Singapore on the 20th of May but only arrived in Canada on June 3. I guess it came by boat!
To the positives: the replacement headphone ear pads for my Sony mdr7605 are a little smaller than the originals so took a bit of extra effort to get on but once on they fit well and look great. Sound wise no difference from originals so all's well that end's well!
EU buyers beware
EU buyers beware, they don't tell you they're shipping from Singapore and that you'll have to pay VAT and "handling" charges to get the product out of customs. Almost as much as the product cost originally. They don't have an "IOSS" number, which would have avoided this.
Don't believe the shipping estimates
They advertise 2 day delivery in Australia. Stock levels are not live, you can easily end up waiting over a month if they don't have your product in stock.
No desire to improve, just offered a refund.
Zero care or customer service
They are still not accepting responsibility for goods not arriving. According to them they have my money and now its my problem.
I will continue to rate them one star. Zero customer care or customer service
Pu and velour earpads
Bought replacement velour earpads and they are amazing! They are so comfortable and fit perfectly on the headset. I have a Hyper x Cloud headset. Would definitely recommend the Earpads.
Coussinets bof
J'ai commandé des coussinets pour un Philips SHP9500, ils ne s'adaptent pas totalement au casque et la qualité du suede n'est pas vraiment aux standars de ce qu'on peut retrouver chez Beyerdynamic par exemple. L'envoie a prit 1 mois pour recevoir une pochette plastique sans rembourage donc les coussinets étaient à moitié écrasé. Avis général très bof.

I didn’t check out the reviews before purchasing some earpads from their own site (amazon doesn’t ship these to my country). Needless to say I was really worried after checking these reviews. You should stay calm and not let these reviews stress you out if you’ve already made a purchase. It ain’t gonna make your package come any faster.
However, about a week after making my order, I received an email telling me my package is en route as well as another email from my local post office saying they are expecting the package.
I have to add I ordered just before the easter holiday started so it might take a shorter time for you to receive the alert.
A lot of people have talked about costums fees. If you look into the TAC on the site they say you are going to need to pay the fees yourself. The fee is only 100czk which is about 4eur so really not as big of a deal if you’re ordering in the Czech republic.
When I receive my package I will update this review to reflect the time it took to arrive.
Satisfied customer
I received a confirmation email of my order immediately and delivery was prompt. The item was exactly as described. I order a titled, corner shelf for a home security camera that fit my needs perfectly.

What an absolute scam. Getting customers to pay for PRIORITY postage and then sending items through regular post. Pocketing the postage difference for profit. Definitely a rip off! If you can’t supply in the dates advertised, dont make people pay for it!
3D printed. Poorly.
The parts I received are 3D printed and look like it. The delivery was fine. The parts work OK, but goodness they look cheap, with detritus from the printer, and very rough surfaces. High quality adhesive. Do the job, but I wouldn't want to have them where I look at them all the time...
Stuck at customs in Portugal, ridiculous commmunication
Unfortunately I didn't come to TrustPilot before ordering, otherwise I would have been save a lot of trouble. Shipped to Portugal from an undisclosed place (later realised it was Singapore). Stopped at customs, item cost was 15.75$, plus a ridiculous 7.5$ for shipping (took more than a week to get here), only for the local customs to force me to pay 11.18 euros more to clear it from customs. I naturally rejected the item, now waiting for a refund, which I hope will come, otherwise I'll come here again.
Undisclosed fees
I ordered an ear pad set to ship to Germany. I paid 7 euros for really slow shipping that is normally free in most Chinese websites, but then I was charged an extra 8 euros in VAT + DHL fees to retrieve my package. There was no information about this fee during this purchase, so I am warning that this company is dishonest.
Same old story as the other reviews
There’s not much more I can say than what the other reviewers have said. I ordered on November 4, 2022 and received the item on December 20, 2022. The product is fine and the price is OK but not disclosing that they are shipping from China is unacceptable. Like everyone else says, customer service makes no excuse, they just keep sending you the tracking information which is very hard to use. They send a link for Chinapost and when you click on the link, you have to copy and paste the tracking information instead of it automatically entering the information. Never again… What a misnomer…. They should call this company NoBrainWavz… ridiculous!

Shipping takes forever. And they ship your goods from some place in Asia without informing you first, and doesn't include VAT in their price so you have to pay import fees in your country.
I ended up paying more in import fees than the item cost.
Stay away and save your money from this scam company. just pay from AliExpress, better quality and better service
Avoid like the plague
First order went missing in the post. Paid for 2-5 days shipping but was later informed this actually means 4-10 days!
Requested a refund but was convinced to accept a re-order - this also hasn’t arrived. Requested a refund but was told to contact Royal Mail as my order was held up in a ‘customs check’ (it has been there over 2 weeks). Absolutely terrible service, avoid like the plague.
Terrible Customer Service
Should have read the reviews before buying.
Shipment is late. Responses from customer service (Adithya) when contacted lacked any empathy and came across as a "not our problem" culture.
Ordered Nov 1, 3.5 weeks later still not arrived. They blame the shipper but "they" chose to use.
I was told I should contact the shipper (What, why, Huh?) to find out where my package is. Why should I spend my time needs on their problem.
I should have gone with a comparable product from Amazon... at least they have better customer service and return policy.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You have been warned.
