DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY STUFF MISSING STICKY PADS UNSERVICEABLE OVERCHARGED POST STICK WITH AMAZON

The fitting on the cup is very loose and the headset tends to travel around because of that. Would be perfect if there was less material, where the cup connects to the headset. Good but no sigar.

Total scam - avoid. Order a part in December and still haven't arrived. They won't return my money and keep pushing it out.
WIll never order from here again.

I bought earpads for my AKG K361. I spent about 20 EUR with taxes and it was the greatest investment I have ever had. These earpads (Headphone Memory Foam Earpads - Oval - Micro Suede) are way better than the stock ones. They are so comfy, you can't even feel that something is on your head, even after 1 month they are still the same as I bought. Brainwavz Audio support team is also great, I asked them to recommend me earpads between two that I thought would be great for me and they answered immediately, they even shared their personal experience. Very nice!
EDIT: Also I read few other reviews and for me (I live in Lithuania EUROPE) the shipment was fast too, about 2 weeks probably. I had 0 issues, even though it was my first experience ordering something from unknown website and from china.

I ordered more than 2 months ago. Nothing - order around 50€. I don't recommend this company - probably a scam, don't trust positive reviews (just my opinion).
I'll update this review if I receive my order one day (and maybe add 1 star...).

Site is well laid out, easy to navigate and informative, and the products hit well above their weight class. Very pleased with all my Brainwavz purchases... highly recommended.

The customer care with my package was amazing and comforting for my anxiety. It was truely a pleasure talking with them

Nothing received after 60 days.
Have had to open a paypal dispute due to non-delivery.

Contacted customer support and of course they hid behind "due to covid" - I have ordered plenty of items from China, and none are taking this long.

When ordering in the Netherlands you will also have to pay a customs clearing charge because the goods are shipped from outside the EU. The charges will be billed upon arrival in the Netherlands by PostNL.
In my case the customs charge was 7.05 Euro for Bose earpads (10.95 Euro plus shipping 6.95 Euro).

Ordered Bose QC35 ear pads are they are so much softer and more comfortable than other replacements I have used in the past - including the ones you order from Bose! Definitely recommend and will be purchasing from BW again.

The earpads on my Steelseries Arctis Pro lost a bit of their "bounce" and so my ears were rubbing on the drivers, causing quite a bit of discomfort after a couple of hours of wearing them. After looking at the available options, decided to give "Brainwavz" a go based on a few recommendations I found around the web.

I was very impressed that they turned up the next day, despite only using the standard delivery service, so 10/10 there.

Unable to decide between the "sheepskin leather" or "cooling gel with microsuede", I decided to get both, and have to say I'm very happy with them - the only problem being I can't decide which are better!

They are significantly more comfortable (being ~10mm thicker than the stock Steelseries pads), and to my untrained ears I'd say there is very little change in sound profile from the stock ones. I found the microsuede almost identical, whereas the leather maybe have a (very!) slight increase in "punch" to the bass, but the only way I could hear this was by having a different earpad on each side to compare. Listening back to back I couldn't notice any difference.

Definitely happy with both the service and product, and would certainly buy from Brainwavz again if I needed any more replacement earpads in future.

New ear pads are perfect, I'm so glad these are an option and don't need to replace the headphones entirely. Have already told multiple people about them. Worth every penny.

Arrived quick, works perfectly as intended. Super light on the head, very breathable which is good for the Aussie heat.

Do not trust this company! I did not recieve my order, I had contacted twice the first time I got told the item was marked as delivered, I then searched everywhere and there was no sign of the parcel, I asked my neighbours if they had it and they did not, there is no post office for it to have gone to. So I contacted them again I had no proof of delivery and asked them to get in contact with the courier and never got a reply. Complete scam.

Great headphones HM5's. I like their clean sound and the reproduction of the sound. I would recommend them most music lovers (you are not over powered by the bass, which makes a nice change from many headphones. Only one suggestion. An on/off switch on the lead. Otherwise Awesome.
Downside it took two and a half months to arrive.

BEWARE EU BUYERS. They ship from Hong Kong. Extremely long delivery time and high customs charges. Product of mediocre quality.

from hong kong to colombia, packaging was okay
and the product it self its really well made, no complains there but i got some weird blue circles on the brainwavs bag so i wonder if the gel layer was compromised in shipping, although i didnt saw any leaks or anything while using them, i recommend sturdier packaging to protect the foam and gel during shipping i do see a few malformations to the foam but nothing too serious 4.5/5, no points deducted for the long delay due to the pandemic.

Super long time of delivery. It won’t take that long even with sea shipping.
