I left my Volvo for an alignment and tire rotation at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday morning. They call me at 3:00 p.m. to tell me that they couldn't get to my car because they were "too busy". I found it to be disrespectful to their clients, especially in a long weekend. Instead I went o Firestone, on Parker Rd. told them what happened and they provide excellent service, same price, and threw me a $10 bucks discount for my trouble with Brake Plus. I have been at Brake Plus before, I won't come back and I will not recommend to anybody.

I actually wrote a bad review, I went back and deleted it because he actually made it right it didn’t make sense at the time but he made it right. Nick is the manager of the Brakes Plus on Hess and Parker what’s going on of his way to help me I would recommend

Jem provides amazing service
Jem provides amazing service. I found that my skid plate was dragging on the ground under my daughter's car. I brought the car to this shop a couple of minutes before closing last Monday. I said I could just leave it overnight. Jem immediately put the car on the lift and bolted it back on. No charge. I was super impressed with his level of service, really great guy. Now my daughter can drive the car to work the next day, incredidly helpful!
