I love Hot Chocolate shoes
I love Hot Chocolate shoes! The customer service is awesome. The shoes are well constructed, and they stand the test of time. These shoes reflect my personality, and I ALWAYS get complimented on my shoes.

The shoes are ok
The shoes are ok,,, comfortable but not my favorite,,, lost their cute shape after worn a few times. Still cute but I won’t buy another. They did however throw the box of shoes in a thin plastic mailer so it and the shoe box was smashed pretty badly,, I like to store my shoes in their cute boxes but this box was ruined

Shoes arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The print is beautiful. The construction is good. I have a wide foot and the wide toe boxmakes walking in them very comfortable.

Returning customer for 7+ years
I've been a customer for at least 7 years if not more. Your product is unique and great quality. My very first pair were the black and white flats. I'm a teacher and use them regularly. They still look and feel like new! I always get compliments every time I wear any of your shoes. I encourage others to explore your site and give it a try. I understand your product may not be everyone's cup of tea but it is definitely a great cup of hot chocolate!😉 Thank you for the wonderful product and business. Best wishes!

I only have one problem with these…
I only have one problem with these shoes............ I can not stop getting them!!! They fit well and are comfortable, not to mention how freaking cool and unique they are! I haven't worn the boots yet, just tried on, so I hope they are comfortable too and that I shouldn't have sized up. I think I have maybe 8 pairs now and there are so many more I want! Love your shoes!!!

I love these! Very comfy and I love the colour! I have sweaty feet so I have to wear them with socks, but I know I'm going to wear them all summer long! Please do more solid matt colours! Fuchsia, cobalt, lavender, lime!
