Ordered something from them several months ago and kept being told it would be delivered soon. Then I was told that it would actually be delivered in July! I'm absolutely livid about this whole situation and cant believe they didn't even contact me to inform me of updates (I was the one who had to reach out to them).

One thing I'll give credit for is the customer service team was very polite. They were quick to send a refund, although I do feel like more could have been done, and at the end of the day - I still need the furniture!

I recently bought a Salisbury table and arranged for it to be delivery due to us being in lockdown. Having read the details on the webpage I was happy and was perfect for what I needed. When it arrived it was in a flat pack form. I wasn’t expecting that, especially given the price. Nowhere does it mention online that furniture is delivered flat pack. I went on the website and wrote an email to complain. I got a basic response saying sorry but nothing further so I replied. People need to be aware when buying furniture from them that it’s flat pack and not ready made. I was really disappointed but having sent my reply I quickly got a phone call from the distribution guy who has agreed to come and help build the table. This was totally unexpected and I’m really pleased he made contact with me. What was a disappointing start to my morning has turned out well. I’ve got no issues with the distribution people who deliver the furniture it’s the website that needs updating so it’s clear what is being delivered and how. Hopefully the website will be updated to state items will be delivered in the flat pack form so everyone is fully aware when purchasing.

I went to Brand Interiors at Bury having been sent from the Stockport branch to look at a soft mattress that they dident have in stock . I have been having terrible trouble finding the right one to suit my back etc., As soon as i saw Andy the sales person he went out of his way from start to finish . Nothing was too much trouble for him, he had me trying all the mattresses out that he thought might suit me and I ended up with the softest one in the shop .It was a friendly, Fantastic experience and I would certainly recommend Brand Interiors especially in Bury. The shop itself was bright and clean and very good prices on all types of furniture . I will definetly shop there again . I have to wait a little while for the mattress but having spoken to Rachel the store manager she rang the mattress company and explained my situation and then rang me back saying they will do their best to get it to me as quickly as possible , The customer service is brilliant from Andy the Salesman to Rachel the manager . Big shout out to them.

Preston Store Fab Very helpful when ordering my bed, we had a slight hiccup of the bed not fitting up the stairs, really helped me on finding a bed that would :) didn't charge additional delivery either - Thank you Emma The delivery guys Tom & Dave went above and beyond to help.. Thank you very much.

A big range of nice furniture and the staff were so very helpful. One lady was really great helping me to chose the right pieces and not at all pushy.

We recently visited the Colne store for a new mattress and bed. We were helped by Katy who had a lot of knowledge on all the different ones and was all round a pleasure to deal with.

We recently visited for the first time. Very impressed and purchased several items of furniture. Staff were exemplary and the after service second to none.Would not hesitate to return and would recommend. Mr and Mrs Miles Bramhall.

I would never use this company again. We orders mirrors from them that took weeks longer than advertised to arrive. When they did eventually arrive they were both smashed. I am still waiting for these to be uplifted from my house! Do not buy from this company. Don’t waste your time and money!

Brilliant products at great prices, but best of all - fantastic staff. Helpful, knowledgeable but not intrusive or pushy. The products are great quality at a fraction of the price you would pay in 'branded' stores.

Rawtenstall store in particular is always excellent.

I have nothing but praise for Brand Interiors , Good quality furniture. I have bought a bed and two sets of drawers , I needed to get the last order of drawers changed as I ordered the wrong ones that didn’t match my originals. I had excellent and friendly customer service and the exchange was done after a few emails with photos to make sure I was finally getting the matching ones .
Delivered promptly with helpful delivery men .

I’ve visited the Crawshawbooth store & Stockport store. Very impressed with the stock you have & the level of service I received in both branches. We purchased a dining table. Quick delivery & kept up to date at all times. I will definately shop again here and no hesitation to recommend. Thank you :)

After visiting the store in Oswaldtwistle we decided to purchase a coffee table,a tv unit and a large dining table.William the salesman was very helpfully and the delivery chap Dave Thorpe was very helpful and helped to build the table and made sure we were happy before leaving.

I've just ordered a picture online with the help of Vicky in the Customer Service team. I wanted to arrange my delivery to store and also had other queries. Vicky responded back to me each day I'd emailed and was so helpful. I've not picked up the picture yet but this is best customer service I've had when purchasing a product for years and the price I paid was really competitive.

Fantastic selection of furniture which you can take away with you on the same day or have delivered. Staff are friendly and helpful, definitely recommend a visit!

Fantastic service from easy online ordering to speaking with staff regarding delivery. I received my 8 chairs yesterday and are so happy with them. Delivery was as promised, in fact earlier than expected which was great, and the delivery man was fast, efficient and friendly. 5 stars from me Brand Interiors. 🌟
