Ordered a mirror on 29th December it’s now 22nd February and still no sign of delivery. Have contacted a number of times and keep getting told it will be with you in next week or so. Now I can’t get hold of them and just want my money back. No joy. Avoid this supplier

I ordered a hall bench that showed as "in stock" on the website on 26/11/18. Today, 19/02/18 and I still do not have the item nor a confirmed delivery date. The company has twice re-published delivery dates (15/01/19, 13/02/19) and failed to meet them.

I have had to continually chase the company for an update each time the previous delivery dates have passed. When you try to contact them via telephone it rings many, many times before you sometimes get through. Their ability to deliver an item to advertised timescales and provide basic levels of customer service is close to zero.There is no proactivity to manage or oversee customer orders that are delayed and communicate accordingly.

They delivered an item of the same order within the advertised timescale although, again, the communication on the delivery arrangements was poor and required chasing.

It seems that if they actually have the product in stock when they say they do then you might be OK, if they don't or something goes wrong then, from my experience, I'd expect poor customer service.

Fab store, fab service from all the staff, would highly recommend

Awful customer service from Preston Brand Interiors. Ordered 4 dining chairs on 31.12.18. Was told two weeks, and to call up if I haven’t heard anything, but the women ensured me they would be ready by then. Organised for collection in store. Two weeks later I call them up and ask the status of my order. The gentlemen on the phone clearly was very confusing about my order saying I hadn’t paid for delivery so they’re still at the warehouse (when I organised collection), asked three times if I paid for them. I had. And then said oh they’re at the warehouse they’ll be here Tuesday. (This was Thursday 17th January I had called up so way over two weeks). I asked why the chairs weren’t ready to pick up from the store and why they where still are the warehouse as I had arranged collection. He said that is was because they weren’t in stock in the warehouse yet but they are now. It felt to me that if I hadn’t called up to ask where they where they wouldn’t of been ordered in, and they where ‘in stock’ when I ordered them so why aren’t they now? I called up again the next morning as I didn’t feel confident with what the gentlemen had told me. But got a very similar situation the next day (not with the same gentlemen from the previous day). Was told Tuesday they would be collected from the warehouse, and they would give us a call. Get a call saying they would be delivered on Thursday. I said to the man that I arranged collection as no one would be in to accept them. The man went that’s fine you can collect them on Thursday within the Preston store. Today (Saturday) has come about we’ve gone into store and the chairs aren’t there they’re at the warehouse! Not in store. By this point it has been over three weeks and no chairs. The guy I spoke to in store today was lovely and said he would personally drop them off Tuesday morning. So id like to thank him for being so kind. But overall my experience with brand interiors is awful and I defiantly will not be shopping with them again!

i ordered a small side unit from brand interiors 2 weeks ago still not recieved it at time of purchase they didnt have stock and if i had called before ordering i wouldnt have ordered and by the conversation we had with one of their staff theres alot they dont keep in stock very misleading i paid by paypal so opened a case to get my money back

.I've had to order lots of products online for our new house, some companies have been appalling but this one has been great. I'm really happy with the quality of the mirrors, both were delivered quickly, and the price was great. Thank you!

Great quality furniture, items I purchased that needed putting together were all very easy with straight forward instructions. Delivery team very accommodating and friendly. Only dropped one star as communication could be slightly more frequent.

Excellent friendly personal service in store. There was a foot pad missing from the table once we assembled it. This was quickly and efficiently dealt with . We will definitely shop there again

Absolutely no problems with this company. Ordering was easy, delivery was quick and the product is stylish, sturdy and good value for money.

Firstly I rung the head office and spoke to a lady called Jennifer who was extremely helpful and made me aware of where the nearest store located to me was. I then went to the Preston store and purchased the aspen double bed. The staff in the store was extremely helpful and the product is excellent.

Phoned for information before purchase. Very helpful and rang back quickly with information once supplier had been contacted. Delivery arrangements very satisfactory (although delivery team were ahead of schedule).
Bed itself easy to assemble and is very sturdy. Used our old but useable mattress and had the best sleep we have had for years over the next few weeks!
For the price and the service, this was a very good customer experience and reflects our previous dealings with this company when we have purchased dining and kitchen tables and chairs at very good prices.

Bought suite plus tables find price and quality good. Staff friendly and helpful would recommend.

I purchased some drawers and a wardrobe from the Bradford store. The staff were all brilliant, however Dawood went the extra mile - he was amazing! He was patient, friendly and could not do enough to assist us! He also arranged delivery which was an excellent service too. Thank you very much, I am a very happy customer and will definitely recommend this brand!

Ordered 2 Dorset book cases in late November and later organised to delay their delivery until after Christmas because of building work going on here ,Jennifer dealt with it all and ,despite me leaving it a bit late ,everything ran perfectly.They were delivered today and they look fantastic,strong and actually of better quality than I had expected plus really well wrapped to protect them while in transit.Great service ,many thanks to Jennifer and all involved.Mrs B Hill.
