Came in off the street, and enquired about a mixer, then I went and picked 1 up on the day required. And I brought it back when I was done

Hire of tower scaffold.
No problem booking the item delivered on the day requested. Had to extend hire no problem collected on the day the contracted ended. All good.

Turned up after nearly half the day gone, driver refused to give me lift literally a few metres? When I questioned him why he said he had a hernia ??? Shouldn't be doing that job surely if not capable 🤔
No product training either.
Lateness and poor comms not sure I'd use again

Absolutely shocking to be honest
Absolutely shocking to be honest!
Hire was fine and I then returned it no issue!
We had not used all the sanders or dust bags we returned them also, deposit did not get dropped in my bank but the refund for the items returned.
I called the Northampton branch and they mentioned they was returning £75!
Which we paid £100, I questioned the £75 as my bank statement differ and the invoice?
Called the Northampton branch he told us there £75 will be released and then put the phone down, and still will not answer called the HO to then the same to be told, but didn’t have my invoice to it state £100
No communication from Northampton branch!! Day light robbery, check your transactions and your deposit waiting since the 28th may for our deposit just a bit concerned as we had to chase for our money also the gentleman mentioned that his colleague done it wrong and we are still left in the dark

delivered…
Patio pressure washer was delivered early which was great. What wasn’t great was the delivery driver telling me it was difficult to manouvre. Seized rear wheel hasn’t helped at all so had to solely use the lance attachment. Disappointed I was given a machine that wasn’t fully fit for purpose.

Never again!
Took 6 calls and 2 days to get through to branch after booking online. Item broke within 30seconds. No communication, no apology, just collected the item and I never heard any more despite 3 more unanswered phone calls and a voicemail left for them! I will never be using Brandon Hire again - terrible service!!
