Overall experience was very poor
Overall experience was very poor. Booked equipment online, but next day received a call to say they didn't have it. Offered an alternative which was less than ideal, but they did offer a £50 discount. Equipment arrived on time, but then they failed to collect on the correct date. I ended up having to ring to arrange collection. (1 week later). When I checked if the £50 discount had been refunded, I could see it hadn't. Had to ring for a 3rd time to get the money refunded.

Hired a wall chaser from Brandon Hire, chaser was in good condition, fitted with two new blades that went through my wall like butter and hoover attachment was pretty much dust free. Really helpful staff, was served quickly.
