I have used Brandon Hire Station on quite a few occasions and always found the staff helpful and the equipment they hire out is always top quality and in great condition. Highly recommended hire service… probably the best!

Very helpful and good advice for the right hire equipment. Very reasonable rates, cheaper than other comparable hire shops.

Colin?(manager) and team were very friendly and helpful!! I hired multiple items, everything was described well, safety checked and worked well.

Positives- staff member dropping off item was friendly and knowledgable with advice.

Edging sander did a pretty good job.

Negatives - main floor sander, was not fit for purpose, and did not do job.....the job at hand could not be completed because the equipment could not do the job.

Reported to customer services who offered nothing and said someone would look at machine,never heard anything since.

Then tried to say they couldnt collect item from 6.30pm and i could be charged additional holding time, when their guy had already picked up around 7pm THE DAY AFTER DUE BACK, nothing to do with me, in fact id taken day off work to be there to hand it back.....zero communication skills, and poor to threaten me.

When you pay over £200 for machinery that doesnt do the job and thats the automatic response, its poor.

Wpuldnt hire anything from them again based on this.

Colin did a 100% first rate job sorting out an issue with getting the tool requested. Initially the flat bed cutting table I ordered was not available but and alternative was delivered. This was a good Makita tool (the stand somewhat re-engineered but useable) but it incomplete having no no blade safety device and no guide rails. Colin sourced and had delivered a replacement which allowed me to complete the work I planned albeit a week later than planned. Chris the driver was very good too. Exemplary Customer service, slightly let down by the tools. I'd hire from Brandon again.

Brandon were recommended to me by my builder. All the Brandon staff went out of their way to be helpful. The guy in the call centre corrected my ordering mistake and refunded me quickly and the people at the Kidlington depot gave me advice, delivered promptly (and even waited for me because I was briefly out) and came back out very quickly to correct a mistake of theirs. Phone and face-to-face communication was excellent. They told me I'd ordered too many consumables and they were right but the refund on what I hadn't used was quick and accurate. I was bowled over - I'm just not used to this level of customer service. The hire rates are very competitive too.

Helpful and friendly service offering advice on what I needed to do the job. Will be my first choice hiring in the future.

Helpful friendly staff and simple and quick hire procedure.

The staff member knew exactly what I'd booked, exactly what I needed with it (which is more than I did), put me straight, and I was back out the door with the hired tool in under 5 minutes.

Lovely knowledgable staff, helpful to solo lady customer. Much appreciated and will certainly be delighted to recommend. Dehumidifier was just what I needed for a few days hire, clean, came with clear instructions and worked well.
