Great experience dealing with Brandon Tool hire. From initial rental to return I dealt with Mac, he was fantastic and went above and beyond to help.

Can't rate them highly enough
To start with a really brilliant website which gave me all the information I needed to hire my scaffold (from the Tonbridge store).
Best of all was the customer service which was second to none. I needed instructions that weren't supplied and they were emailed immediately I called. I finished earlier than expected and they picked up within two hours of my call AND gave me a bit of a refund. Thanks Mac

Carpet Cleaner
I hired a carpet cleaner which really did the job. The hire didn't go well initially because when I turned up to collect the equipment I was told that there were no products available even though I had paid for the products. The assistant branch manager called Mac was incredibly helpful, deducted the cost of the products immediately and directed me to buy alternative product. Ordering through the website is not great but the equipment did the job and Mac should be promoted!

Hired two pieces of equipment one…
Hired two pieces of equipment one strimmer and one long arm hedge cutter, both really good pieces of equipment. Was helped by a guy called Mac who was really helpful and delivered a great service. Would recommend and will use again when needed.

I hired a patio/drive cleaning machine from the Tonbridge branch. Amazed they had it in stock, were very helpful getting it in and out of my car, was in great condition and they even let me have it for the same price over the long weekend. Will definitely use Brandon Hire again.

The service was fast and efficient, staff were helpful and informative. The price was reasonable, but a clearer indication that VAT was not included in the headline price would have been helpful.
