first experience shopping with them - made me pay for postage - and sent me the wrong product - and now i must pay to return the product - so i am paying twice for the wrong product. avoid.

Never refunded me for shoes I never received!!
Ordered a pair of shoes in my size, when I used shopify to change it turned to smaller for some reason. Told them within the first 30 seconds, replied days later saying impossible to change to my size and told me I’d have to pay to send them back and buy them again in my size ( meaning paying delivery 3 times). They said I could reject it instead, so I did that and now it’s been almost a month and I’ve not received the money. Scammers avoid them

Realicé una devolución del pedido #100667, que llegó a su destino el lunes pasado según el documento del transportista. Desde entonces no he recibido ningún reembolso ni una respuesta concreta: solo bots que me informan de un "problema técnico" y respuestas automáticas que me redirigen a un formulario que ya he rellenado dos veces. He contactado tanto con Brands Democracy como con Reveni en varias ocasiones, sin ningún resultado. Pésima experiencia de atención posventa. Si no se resuelve, abriré una disputa a través de Klarna.

Devolución imposible. Si coges la opción de voucher para comprar en la tienda bien, si pides rebolso del dinero de pena. Más de 45 días sin el reembolso pero el problema es el post venta, todos podemos tener un problema o un error, pero es que servicio post venta es un buzón de email que te contesta automáticamente sin analizar tu caso y no puedes llamar a nadie. Ho ordinato un paio di sandali Mou sono arrivate come previsto dalla consegna super puntuali. Sandali originalissimi tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Sono molto soddisfatta. Saluti dà Bologna.

I ordered two pairs of Mammut shoes. Unfortunately one of them was sent with wrong size and even colour. They promised to provide return label and I still do not have it. It looks like customer service don’t care at all. Order no: 100035

Recently, I ordered a Rab Jacket from their store. Prior to placing the order, I carefully reviewed the size chart and selected the size that fits my length. The product did not match the size description at all. I sent an email and filled in the contact form on the website to ask if the return shipping costs could be reimbursed as the product does not match the sizing information provided. Unfortunately there is no phone number or chat available. It's seems to be very difficult to get in touch with someone from Brands Democracy. I haven't gotten any response so far. I don't know what to do since the product needs to be send back within 15 days.

Bij het plaatsen van mijn order, kreeg ik geen ordernummer. Vervolgens wilde ik mijn product terugbrengen. Helaas kon dit niet omdat ik geen ordernummer had. Toen heb ik echt meerdere mails naar hun mailadressen gemaild over dit probleem. Waar ik telkens geen reactie op kreeg. Ook via het invullen van het contactformulier van de website, kreeg ik maar geen reactie. Ik heb het bedrijf proberen te bellen maar ze waren steeds niet telefonisch beschikbaar op de tijd waarvan ze aangaven bereikbaar te zijn. Ik vind dit heel erg vervelend en ik zou graag alsnog mijn product willen terugbrengen zodat ik mijn geld terug krijg.

Mi hanno spedito un articolo diverso da quello acquistato. Ho fatto il reso a mie spese e sto ancora aspettando il rimborso immediato.
Il servizio clienti è inesistente

Ho ordinato le ciabatte Ugg II, la consegna è stata celere ma sono convinta che l’articolo non è originale. La scatola non è quella originale, nessun certificato di garanzia e originalità del prodotto, la qualità rispetto ad altre ciabatte originali stesso marchio è palesemente inferiore. Non consiglio assolutamente.

El pedido llegó bien. Pero para hacer la devolución crea mucha inseguridad. Hay que meterlo en una caja en la que ellos no lo envían para proteger el pedido, si no, no te devuelven el dinero si el embalaje se daña en el envío. Pero ellos lo envían en una bolsa.

Immernoch das selbe Problem und Paypal hat sogar zu deren Gunsten entschieden. Also Leute kauft da nichts der Kundenservice ist unterirdisch und die Qualität der Produkte ist schlecht. Wie gesagt wenn neue Sachen schmutzig ankommen und dann noch herum diskutiert wird ist das ein Zeichen dafür das in der Firma auf die Kunden gepfiffen wird.
Nie wieder werde ich da bestellen und ich werde jeden davon abhalten es zutun.

Ce genre de situation ne m’est jamais arrivée .
