first experience shopping with them - made me pay for postage - and sent me the wrong product - and now i must pay to return the product - so i am paying twice for the wrong product. avoid.

Veja Shoes - Warranty

I bought a pair of Veja sneakers at this store. The sneakers arrived in good condition and I started wearing them without any problems. The problem started when, after very little use, they started to come apart.
I sent an email to the company with photos, and they told me I would have to send the sneakers to their warehouse at my own expense.

I did as requested and, on June 6, 2025, I sent the sneakers to the warehouse. On June 11, I asked if they had received the sneakers, and the store replied that they had and that they would examine them as soon as possible.

As of today, September 15, 2025, more than three months after sending my sneakers to the Brands Democracy warehouse, I had not received any feedback. We are talking about more than 65 business days that they had to analyze the problem and did not deign to respond.

Today, I sent an email requesting a refund for the expenses and the sneakers, and to my surprise, I received a response refusing the warranty. In Portugal, there is a maximum period of 30 calendar days for warranty analysis. In this case, more than 90 calendar days have passed.

In short, tricky store if you need to solve issues with defective items.

Los artículos que pedí vinieron perfectamente embolsados, llegaron muy puntuales y de la calidad esperada.
