Customer support : no assistance for return

I ordered a pair of Nike, shoes are in good condition, nothing to say about it! All good!
But unfortunately it’s way too small for me, so I am trying to return it. I followed all the Indications, but when I go to the post office they tell me the return code is not working and they cannot assist. So far I have tried like 4 times and it’s always the same! I called DHL in Greece and in Austria, no one can help. I send emails to the shop
 no answer
 and for the moment I am desperate for assistance as I need to return the shoes and I can’t go to the local post office 5 times a day for no reason!

We understand how inconvenient this situation must have been. However, as we explained in our previous emails, returns from Greece need to be submitted through the Greek national postal service (ELTA) and not via DHL.

Der Artikel war toll (Dockers Boots), leider musste ich die erste Größe zurÃŒck senden da die etwas zu groß was, RÃŒcksendung ging problemlos und die RÃŒckerstattung war schnell. Gerne jederzeit wieder

Really bad

Really bad. I ordered the shoes size 10, and got instead a 9.5
Now I’m stuck with a pair of shoes I can’t use.

According to our records, the correct size was shipped:
adidas TOP TEN RB GV6632 – EU 44 / UK 9.5 / US 10

The delivery note shows EU 44 / UK 9.5, which can be confusing, but this corresponds to US size 10. Different regions use different size systems for the same shoe.

Please check the size label inside the shoes, where you should see:
EU 44 – UK 9.5 – US 10
