Brazos Walking Sticks レビュー 

The ironwood stick I received was on the slender side and did not inspire a lot of confidence in me. The main reason for my dissatisfaction was that it came with a very light duty brass tip on the bottom. Additionally, it had a very small rubber tip attached to the brass tip. This tip would definitely not stand up to hard use that I had purchased the stick for. If I had paid twenty bucks for the stick I would have not complained. However I paid 159.00$ for this stick.
I contacted Brazos right away and told them how disappointed I was and asked how to return it.
They told me that since I had “customized “
the stick I couldn’t return it . I never would have guessed that by ordering the flimsy little brass chingadera would be regarded as customization .
All in all I am totally dissatisfied with this transaction.
I would never do business with these people again and I will strongly not recommend anyone else doing business with these dishonest people.

I have purchased several canes and walking stick from Brazo. Their website pictures and description do represent the product and the quality is exceptional.

Took some time to hear back so I called AmEx to dispute charges. One day later I hear from them.
This is a petty company and run poorly. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are a CS outfit.

I purchased this as a gift for my brother. He called today to see how my walking stick was assembled because his seemed like it was incomplete. It was. One of the brass washers between the joints on the top section was missing and the two pieces would not tighten. It seems as if they sent us a stick that had been previously returned. I hope to get this remedied, I was embarrassed due to my insistence that this was a good, quality product.

Two of my orders:
1. walking stick with split in it. Wife passed away, so i didn't pursue the stick problem.

2. Nice cane i ordered was delivered as a thick crudely shaped club.

I'm out $200 +- and there will be no other orders coming to you.

I can’t talk to anyone about my order. You ship with FedEx they are the absolute worst shipping company ever. They don’t know what they did with the first order. I’m still waiting for the second order.

Trying a walking staff instead of a traditional cane for my bad back. They say it's better for your posture. Shipping was fast and after a few minutes cutting it to my size, the ergonomic staff is perfect. I am very happy with it and can recommend it very highly.

I make my own walking staves, and really needed something to fit the tips so that I didn't constantly have to burn, harden, and eventually cut again.

Brazos came through with everything I needed and at fantastic prices and made really well.

I like the stick but it's not quite as good as my first one I bought that has a bit better grip. They are both great and a real help on my daily walks. One lives at home and one in the car, I don't go anywhere without one!

I got a quality walking stick that I'm happy to own

Bought my first Brazos Walking Stick in Greune, Tx and it has been great. Heading to Alaska and Denali. No Mountain climbing, but at my age uneven ground can be and issue. Got one personalized and ready for the flight out.

Products are superb. People are friendly and helpful.

I bought two different walking sticks of different lengths and weights. I modified the 58” to 56” and now all is good. I really like them because of my balance problems. This has resolved many of my problems. Thanks!
