We are a member of Corporations Canada. We have our own own lawyers, legal team and chartered accountants to offer and provide complete service packages which includes a Name Search services, Name reservation services, Corporation’s Name Approval, CRA Business Number Registration, Setting up corporate tax account, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board of Ontario, payroll account set up, import-export account set up, corporate & business seals, domain name registration and share certificates. Our legal team prepares the article of incorporation (standard or customized), By-laws for corporations and non-profits, resolutions and minutes and all other legal documents for the corporation. Extra fees, Poor Service - Never again

Paid them extra fees to take of filing my business registration and create a CRA number. Upon trying to add my CRA business account on CRA's website, using the number given to me by BRC, I got an error message. Called the CRA and they said to redo the RC1 Form. I emailed BRC and they said to call the CRA about it.

Why did I pay BRC in the first place? They obviously didn't register the CRA business number properly if I am having to repeat the process.

Save yourself the hassle of dealing with these people and register directly on the CRA/government website.

The business number and registration document we provided were issued directly by the Ontario Business Registry—an official government body—and we emailed this exact document to you on April 2nd. This confirms that the business registration was completed as requested.

Please note that we are a third-party service provider and, while we facilitate the registration process, we do not control or manage CRA’s internal systems or procedures. Occasionally, additional verification or action may be required directly with the CRA, and in such cases, they may request a new RC1 form or further communication from the business owner.

We understand this can be frustrating, and we’re here to assist where possible. However, any CRA-specific issues will need to be addressed directly with them, as we do not have access to their internal systems.

If you need us to resend your registration documents or assist in any other way, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
