The buying experience was superb and the technical advice proved very useful. After a small glitch the true strength of the customer service came trough and the guys could not be more helpful and efficient in solving the issue and getting me on the right track.

I got what I ordered last minute, on time and with the os I ordered.

I received the Lenovo Think Centre 53 approx a week after order. It was well packaged, came with everything to get it up and operational, out of the box. I am very pleased with my purchase.

The ordered (refurbished) touch monitor was delivered the very next day after the order had been placed, as promised. The packaging was simply superb. The entire equipment was found in excellent condition, virtually brand-new. The monitor worked perfectly and as expected when connected to my touchscreen laptop. Delivery was prompt and the hardware was in great condition. Everything works great. I can't speak to the included windows software as I overwrote the operating system with Linux, but the fact a license was included would be helpful for some people I'm sure.
