Micro PC arrived in great time. Works well. Like new almost will be buying another

I would certainly recommend this company. I stumbled across an ad promoting refurbished small form factor PCs, some as low as £50. I researched the site and e mailed them with some questions. Prompt and friendly response and even though I wasn't actively looking for a PC, I ordered one with 16 gig of RAM. It runs Windows 10 and I noticed it can't be upgraded to 11 due to its physical build, but that's no big deal. Win 10 will continue working after the updates stop. The machine is as quick as my i7 laptop, I'm well pleased. I didn't realise that the wi fi was built in and queried it before setting up as I had to order some leads. I was assured if it wasn't, I would be supplied with an adapter. All along, the responses have been prompt and reassuring. Also, it arrived next day and carriage was included. It's great to think there are companied like Breakfree who run their operation for the customer. Top marks all round and thank you.

Even came with WiFi dongle and USB Bluetooth since pc doesn't have them built in.

After receiving and configuring the NUC I ordered, it was apparent that there was a problem with it. I emailed Breakfree with my findings and they literally replied 20 minutes later. They we extremely helpful and courteous, arranged a courier to pick the unit up next day, diagnosed the problem and to be sure, replaced both the Ram and SSD with new modules before having it back to be a few days later, after which the unit performed perfectly. Excellent value, service and support and it was refreshing to be able to buy hardware from a small company with a personal touch for a change, and particularly in this increasingly disposable world, one which embraces a repair and reuse culture. Highly recommended.

Really good quality refurbished item. Quick dispatch and well packaged so arrived with no shipping damage. Item powered up with no issues and has now been in use for a couple of weeks with everything working OK.

Ordered a Lenovo ThinkCentre M73 on the 12th of Dec. It arrived the next day. Amazingly well packaged. There was a slight issue in that it didn't have WiFi. Though after a couple of emails, someone at BreakFree said they'd send a USB WiFi Adapter Wireless Antenna, this arrived Wed.18th. This got's online via a mobile mini router. .Though prev. I managed by creating a LAN with my old netbook & the said router.. I have to say BreakFree have been great. From ordering through to delivery & dealing with issues. The mini pc is a great piece of kit too & the price was right.Win10 is ok, prev. I was using Linux Kubuntu, which is good, but not in the printer driver dept.
