BTM have so far supplied 3 grail pedals to me (1312, HP-2 and KTR), all made in the USA and really hard to come by in the UK. I have never been overcharged by BTM for a rare pedal, like resellers... もっと見る

当該企業による記述
Break the Machine is a UK based, family run, independent company selling guitar effects pedals, synths and accessories. Since our D.O.B in 2017, we have always had the same idea: supply the best, most unusual, hard to find and often ridiculously fabulous gear you always knew you needed. We pride ourselves in customer service, respect for our suppliers, always giving a fair price and above all we are humans who answer the phone and reply to emails. We are 100% convinced that by owning a musical instrument and plugging it into one of the guitar fx pedals we sell, or maybe using the synths and accessories we offer, the world beyond your front door will become a better place. Our promise to you: – We will never lie to you. – We will always be fair and reasonable. – We never ask our staff to wear a suit or a tie (or both). – We will always Break the Machine :-) You can find us at www.breakthemachine.co.uk

Thank you for the review and we are super happy that you have received your item and everything is ok. However, as you mentioned in your review, customs charges, delays and the consequences of Brexit are not our fault (and are also beyond our control) so we are disappointed that you have decided to give us only four stars on this occasion.
Very happy with it
Very happy with it, we would buy again from this seller. Fast delivery as well.

Effortless Transaction, Superior Customer Service
I purchased a Marcus D’luxe Handmade Pedalboard for myself after seeing them on Sasha Ivantic and John Cordy's Youtube channels. It was a very easy painless process and I received the item promptly in the U.S. quickly. I then purchased another one and had it sent as a gift to a friend in the U.K. The guys, at Break the Machine were excellent and handled everything for me, all I had to do was pay the invoice and provide the delivery address. Great Prices, Top Notch Customer Service, and Awesome Gear
