Breathing Otter レビュー

Item ordered over a month ago and still not received which is annoying as it was for a child’s birthday. Fortunately I paid with PayPal so raised a dispute and got an immediate refund. The company did not reply to my emails and like the other reviews this appears to be a scam

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered 2 teddies that were meant to arrive before xmas. Turned up after Christmas and both werent working. They will not provide a refund. Absolute scam, feel sick at the money I paid for them too.

This is a scam company with a scam website. They claim to be a UK company but are based in China. They use a UK email address, until you buy from them then you receive an international tracking number. When the goods are not as described, its not the UK that you return your order to for a refund, nope its China. They charge UK prices for a knockoff from China. Please DO NOT BUY from these clowns. Order No BO351625

I was sent faulty goods - the bear did not work and they will do anything to avoid providing a refund. They are also based in the USA despite having a UK website address.

Absolutely gutted. I brought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter, I thought I would get it half price £26.99. Silly me. It came with with no battery pack back and even when batteries are in it doesn't seem to work. I emailed the company four times and have had no response. I wish I had read the reviews, I don't think it's fair that companies like this rip off people. £26.99 is a lot of money for a gift that doesn't work.

The last update I have is from well over a week ago, from the courier stating they're waiting to recieve my parcel - it's still the same, no progress has been made. I have emailed the company, and had no response. I'd steer clear - I'm not holding my breath, having now read other reviews on here about this company. I'll either never receive the breathing otter teddy, or it'll be very low quality.. either way, I'll be unsatisfied!

Ordered a stitch, came squashed in an envelope. 1 leg on sideways and longer than the other, fur falling out. Cheap tat from China. Tried multiple batteries and pressed the foot but doesn’t work!

After waiting over 2 weeks with no communication from this Company I received the two breathing Stitch toys I preferred for my grandchildren for Christmas. The arrived squashed in plastic bags. I immediately put the batteries in them and SURPRISINGLY!!!! Neither of them work! What a SCAM!!! Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I am so angry 😡

Very poor quality

Comes from china and it’s awful compared to the original. Feels like there’s no stuffing inside. And now I have to pay to return
