Hi, I have just created an account but can't login although I've done everything properly???!!!!

Brent- council from the leader (Mohammed Butt) recent scandal from FA Wembley of £6K bribe to the Councillors along with Directors and officers are all Corrupt.

Bribe and scamming private landlords are their top priority by giving them lower/ Wrong figures especially for emergency accommodation while the entire country is on housing crisis. They do this so the council can make more money form each individual through government. hence, charging for every single service they can to make money from public for the council.

The good example is Planning, all useless officers and takes 2-3 months per application to get an answers. (Need extra case officers)

In addition, housing officers goes to individual private landlords to give them lower offers and later demanding for their own pocket money/bribe to increase prices of their nightly paid rent if they discuss with the directors.

Spoke to few individuals, the entire councils jobs works based on favouritism, conflict of interest and it is all about who you know.

The structure is so smart that the Whites bring their own white people to make them directors, the blacks hire their own individual while the Indians bring their own Indians and not to forget the Leader has taken over most departments by bringing his entire far family to keep his position to where he’s at.

Lastly, All the directors within Brent-council thinks they are above the law and do not meet with individuals and as usual running their scam schemes/business. In any situation they do not try to meet individual regardless of how important individual situation can be. It is their responsibility/duty if any person wants to meet them, they should not be able to deny or refuse to see them. Pathetic behaviour from the crooks.

A friend had his number plate cloned and started to receive PCN's from London councils. He got crime reference numbers and a report from DVLA confirming the cloning. It can clearly be seen in the pictures that the can is a different spec to his and when he sent all the info to the councils they cancelled the PCN's. All apart from BRENT COUNCIL that for some reason didn't cancel the charge and instead escalated it and clamped his van, costing him £625. He is also classed as vulnerable person and this is affecting his health and well being.
The evidence is irrefutable and BRENT COUNCIL's inept handling of the situation is quite staggering and they will be pursued to refund the money.

It’s scammers the website doesn’t work for 2 months trying to pay bill but unfortunately page error in the website third month I received letter for paying 1 year I called them they said it’s the process they are scammers why peopl should to pay for their fault ? so I’m not stupid to pay that I pay my last 3 months and I will try monthly if their website working they do their best for you do direct debit payment but I don’t have confidence on this company so I did my correct rule and I don’t let them to stole my money the most rubbish council tax company I seeing in my life be careful with them .

they DONT help you if homeless and a priority, the housing officers will simply completely ignore you and not to their job but instead ask you to find housing yourself 😂 i begged them to move me out despite tonnes of evidence of me being harassed and unfortunately id been attacked INSIDE MY HOME but they still havent bothered to rehouse me. despicable avoid at all costs

Searching for a family members grave in Willesden New cemetery was made easy by a kind and helpful member of staff , Tony. He went out of his way to help us locate the grave by explaining grave markers etc. He's must be a valued member of staff and others have surely found him to be approachable and considerate, a true gentleman. He definitely lifted our spirits!

Air quality is very bad on this council , they not monitoring Kingsbury, Preston, and many areas. People in kingsbury area burning rubbish, like plastic , rubber, etc , day by day and the council not bother to do anything about that, on the monitoring application show clean air but in fact is full with heavy smock. very toxic area to leave.The council administration eating people money and not doing they job!!!

LIES LIES LIES ..I HAD RECEIVED A PCN THRU THE POST I APPEALED HEARD NOTHING BACK FOR MONTHS ,THEN A BAILIFF TURNED UP DEMANDING £500+ ..I WAS SHOCKED LIKE WHATTT!! ..APPARENTLY BRENT COUNCIL WROTE TO ME AND I NEVER REPLIED !! I HAVE RING CAMERAS AT MY HOUSE NO LETTERS WERE EVER SENT TO ME NO REJECTION LETTER THRU NOTHING .. WHY NOT REPLY TO ME THRU EMAIL LIKE I DID ?? I HAVE SENT A STAT DEC WHICH COUNTY COURT HAVE REJECTED AS THE COUNCIL HAVE TOLD THEM TO DO SO ..AWFUL SCAMMERS AND LIAR ..SCAMMING A MOTHER OFF TWO KIDS UNDER 4YRS OLD WITH LIES !! WHY WOULD I IGNORE LETTERS DEMANDING £65 then £130 then £195 !!! MAKES NO SENSE ..AWFUL LIARS .

The elderly care service was very bad.

Last year my mum (80yrs) was meant to have at home care of 4 carers per day. One of the women (who is from Brent Council) visited my mum in hospital and terrified her by telling her she'd have to pay a lot of money for the service. Why the f would anyone EVER do that to a cancer patient? I had to reassure my mum. I contacted the woman (who was hard to reach) and she was evidently working from home and blatantly put me on loudspeaker to have a laugh at my distress. She ignored me when I spoke and was trying to stifle a laugh. She should really not be in a sitting room with her family when she is meant to be working. She said she'd get back to me and never did. It was such a distressing time and I wanted to make sure my mum would get the care she needed but this cruel woman didn't help at all.

Brent really need to think about who they hire since elderly care seems to be something they are terrible at.

Eventually the carers came. One was good, the other was awful. She was clearly in a rush, she rushed everything, never spoke to my mum. It was clear she wanted to go out or go home as it was a Saturday night. She kept using her mobile phone IN FRONT OF MY MUM and tried to rush her brushing her teeth. Whenever I came back in the room, she quickly put her phone away to pretend to me that she's looking after my mum. She shouldn't be on her best behaviour for me, she should be on her best behaviour for my mum. My mum felt so horrible about being treated that way. It was awful.

That girl should never be a carer again. She's a tomboy and I believe West African (as is half of my family). Seriously, she should not be allowed around older people.

All of this contributed to my mum's stress which is very bad thing for a cancer patients. My mum passed away 3 days later.

One of the worst councils I have ever had to deal with. Council tax is a disgrace it took two months for a response on a council tax issue and they messed up my council tax support. Needs to be scrapped and started again!

No Option for ZERO STAR. I HAVE BEEN BULLIED BY ONE OF THE OFFICERS FROM DOMESTIC ABUSE DEPARTMENT. Her NAME IS ABIGAIL RODRIGUEZ. They bully you for you to stop seeking help from them. EVERYONE FROM THIS COUNCIL IS NOT Helping. They make you more miserable and depressed. No wonder why many people committing suicide.

Subject: Unfair Treatment and Discrimination in Alcohol Licensing . I am writing to share my disappointment and frustration regarding the recent developments in my business, which has led me to make the difficult decision to close down my shop.

For some time now, I have been operating the only Brazilian shop in Cricklewood, and I have worked tirelessly to provide a unique and welcoming experience for my customers. Recently, I applied for an alcohol license to enhance the offerings of my store and better serve the community. However, I have been met with unfair treatment and discrimination throughout this process.

To my shock, the alcohol license I applied for was granted to a neighboring shop called Zoombie, despite the fact that I fulfilled all the necessary requirements and met all the criteria. It is disheartening to see that my efforts and contribution to the local community have been overlooked, while others seemingly receive preferential treatment.

I firmly believe that this decision is not only unjust but also discriminatory. It seems unfair that my Brazilian shop is being treated differently than other establishments in the same area. I have always strived to create a diverse and inclusive environment for everyone, regardless of their background, and it is disheartening to feel singled out in this manner.

I have made numerous attempts to address this issue with the relevant authorities involved in the licensing process, expressing my concerns and seeking clarification on why my application was denied. Unfortunately, my efforts have been met with silence, leaving me with no choice but to make the difficult decision to close down my shop.

I want to express my gratitude to the community for their support over the years. It has been an honor to serve you, and I am deeply sorry for any inconvenience caused by this closure. I hope that you will continue to support local businesses like mine, as they are an integral part of the community's fabric.

I also urge the authorities responsible for the alcohol licensing process to reevaluate their decision-making procedures and ensure that fairness and non-discrimination are upheld. It is crucial that all businesses, regardless of their background, are given equal opportunities to thrive and contribute to the local economy.

I've given them the lowest rating I can on here...1 star but I think that is too generous.

As a brent resident for the past 8 years things are getting worse not better. Rubbish collection, street repair and sweeping, tree removal and replacement, responsiveness to fly tipping and parking are just a few things that make brent a poorly run council in desperate need of an overhaul!

BINS BINS BINS everywhere bins are disgusting, they come every two weeks and skip taking all our bin. 1 month they didn't take our bin then they came left one and took 2. BINS are piling up inside our houses waiting for them to take it. This system isn't working at all. We got kids, can't keep bins for long, and if we keep it outside, foxes are gona rip it and make mess. What are we suppose to do? Just pay council tax and not get any service when needed? When we call them to complain they say oh do complain about brent that's the only way. It definitely isn't working.

Pretty tough to deal with - make yourself a brew, take a deep breath and await to be sent to websites and hungoup upon - the website is pretty tough - but what can you do? persist!
