Hello, I am Khanlar Mahmudov. I bought classic shoes from you, but they were too small. I contacted you to return the shoes and sent them back on January 8th. I want to know when you will refund my money. Order (YT2535500704014561)

The material was far from cashmere, very far. The size was very far from that been ordered. The product could not be returned. After some weeks of my purchase the happened hacking of my credit card. Please keep far from this company.

Size much smaller than what I ordered, terrible stiching, no markings or origin, I know cashemere and this is a pale imitation. Keep away from this brand!

Há mais de uma semana e meia que paguei e não tenho qualquer informação sobre a previsão de entrega, já soube que afinal os pullovers que comprei não são de caxemira conforme fazem referência.
O barato sai caro !

Received my order today, nearly THREE weeks from te order date. Nearly €100 thrown into the bin. Jacket = CHEAPEST Chinese crap and doesn’t look anything like the photograph on the site. The shirt… Nice colours and design but again CHEAPEST CRAPPY Chinese fabric not to mention that the size was WAAAAAAAAY to small. DO NOT BUY HERE! THESE ARE SCAMMERS 100%!!

Dit is hetzelfde hedrijf als Trendido. Dezelfde slechte kwaliteit en leveringsvoorwaarden. De foto's zijn identiek aan die van Trendido.

Very very very poor quality. Under any expectation. First time and last time I will buy anything from them.
They hide a miserable chinese quality behing an Italian sound brand.
I bought a sweater and I received a sort of shirt...

Merce assolutamente non conforme.
Qualità pessima, indescrivibile ed inaccettabile per il prezzo. Ho provato a contattare il servizio clienti. Mi hanno risposto che il reso non si puo' fare perchè la loro politica non lo permette per la merce in promozione, peccato sia tutto in promozione quindi quando parlo di "reso" è una truffa. Consiglio di stare alla larga dal sito che tra l'altro credo cambi nome spesso.

The shirt was not as advertised via Facebook.
Of extremely poor quality, bad stitching, uneven hems and the wrong size, nowhere near that ordered, delivered only after prompting.
The shirt had no size markings, no makers mark or label and no sign of origin. The whole thing being of, in my opinion, not of saleable quality.
A refund, which I accepted, of just 35% was offered. Or a larger garment at a price, which I did not accept.
The company, or at least the people I communicated with, seemed unable to accept the poor quality, despite have been sent ample photos showing the faults.
As far as I am aware the website I purchased from was the same as shown on this page.
