We’re really glad to hear that you eventually received your order, and that you found the bra to be a good fit and a great look! That’s always wonderful to see.

At the same time, we truly appreciate you pointing out the issues with the skirt/thong and the sweater-style bodysuit.

If the skirt/thong caused discomfort, even when following the size chart, that’s definitely not the experience we want for you, and we’ll be reviewing the fabric and cut for future improvements.

For the sweater-style piece, we understand that the lacing design can be a bit fiddly and more time-consuming than expected. We’ll take this into account as we work on making our more intricate styles easier to put on and wear.

It means a lot to us that you still found the site trustworthy, and we hope that in the future, with a few adjustments, you might find something you love even more.

• We clearly state on our store, Lovingerie, that orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days.

• Your order was placed on December 24, and we shipped it promptly on December 28.

• The tracking number for your package is WNBAA0419349703YQ. According to the latest logistics information, the parcel was successfully delivered on January 8, which is well within our normal delivery window.

In addition, our official customer service email is service@lovingerir.com, and it has been active and monitored throughout this period. We have checked our inbox and system records, and unfortunately, we have not received any message from you so far.
