Excellent service. Though we were not happy with the so early failure of our toaster, we were very happy with the service of Breville and can still trust them.

It would be beneficial to be advised of the name of a reputable repair shop that is on YOUR roster of repair shops you would use to repair the appliance, in the city that the customer lives in.

Customer service needs time travel from the 90'sâŠ
At the end I was able to order the part needed at reasonable price but Breville customer service is stuck in the 1990's and this needs to change. We are moving into the AI era and yet I needed to dial a phone number and speak with a representative for more than 20 minutes...spelling a part number, my address , waiting for a verification email....absurd in 2026!!!!!! There was a chat option in their site and it was not working. There was a search but part number not showing up...not able to order something online by myself. I love my Breville machine but customer service tools are sub par.

I expressed my concern about plastic in my juice and Lucky, the Breville rep did not hesitate to quickly resolve this concern.
The customer support is great but the product design is not the most efficient. I keep having to replace my cover when I replace my filter as it gets grinded down and contaminates my juice. I have had this juicer for 5+ years so my assembly is def not the issue it must be the design.
The damaged cover cannot be recycled, I am not so sure I will buy another Breville product in the future due to its environmental factors.
