The first box of beer had some heavily dented cans, although the beer was good. The second box hasn't arrived yet. Both of these things are the result of Evri.
I would happily pay another £2 or so to have it delivered by any other courier. Having it thrown from a passing plane would probably be better.
I really wanted to use Brewser, but paying £38/month to maybe get my delivery on time, or maybe have my box thrown into a ditch somewhere isn't worth the hassle. Sorry.

Browser do a great job in sorting monthly subscription beer boxes from really good breweries. The resident breweries and rotating monthly guests offer a great choice of different styles. Customer service is also top notch and when I had a shipping issue they were quick to respond and sort a replacement box. Cheers!

Very satisfied. My box had an issue with delivery. I contacted them and within a day, they'd sent a replacement.

Just had a can of Double Barrelled Kitchen Disco which I got from Brewser as part of a case from DB. It's a flipping epic beer! And just been voted 13th best beer in the UK! That says something - that you can get a absolutely knock out beer like that in a delivered free subscription!

I've had a fantastic experience with Brewser. The beer selection is consistently excellent, with some genuinely outstanding breweries and styles that I probably wouldn't have discovered otherwise. The customer service is just as impressive too. Ash is a great guy—super helpful, quick to respond, and it's a real personal touch that he'll contact you directly if you need anything. It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great selection of beers from all my favourite breweries. reasonably priced and like the flexibility. Had a problem with some can arriving damaged and Ash sorted it out quickly.

Always listening to customer feedback in order to improve service. Sounds easy but it's amazing how many companies haven't adopted this approach. The subscription process is easy enough and plenty to choose from without being overbearing. Support is always on hand, friendly and reliable.

Really easy to manage the subscription each month, great variety of quality beers each month and a wonderful loyalty program.

Excellent selection of breweries monthly, run by an excellent team that reply really quickly. Very much recommend brewser!

As a YouTube Beer Channel I get sent a lot of free beers to sample from breweries all across the world as part of my "Job". Brewser has been a subscription I actually pay for every month, for at least the last year (maybe more) and they never fail to impress with their choice of breweries, customer service or punctual deliveries. You won't go far wrong by signing up with Brewser!

Great selection of the best UK breweries. Beer arrives in great condition often with free stickers too.

I have only recently joined this subscription but I’m already massively impressed. The value of a box of Arbor considering they are pint cans was great. I also received amazing customer service from Ash when I misunderstood the rewards process! He rang me to explain and we had a lovely chat about our favourite breweries! I have used beer subscriptions before but cancelled as they would repeat the same average standard beers. Brewser however rotate THE BEST brewers and scope them out personally 🤌

I've tried a lot of beer subscriptions but this one is the best. Excellent selection of breweries to choose from and a sensible subscription model that allows for flexibility. Quick to respond when you reach out to them and any issues I've had have been sorted quickly. Recommended for any craft beer lover.

Had a great experience with Brewser this week, I had an amazing taste experience with their ‘discovery lights’ June package 📦 from Ossett Brewery.
I enjoyed this selection so much, but being new to Brewser, I wasn’t sure how to secure a second delivery and didn’t want to miss out before stock ran out. I used the web chat to check I’d done this correctly and shortly after Ash from customer service called 📞to reassure me that I’d done this correctly. Now that’s what I call customer support. Most grateful and our conversation helped me understand how their service works 🍻

It's been a refreshing change to be able to manipulate deliveries myself.
The beer quality has been outstanding too.
No negatives at all so far and this isn't my first dabble with such beer purveyors.

Fantastic sub service

The best subscription service I've ever used. The monthly specials are always so good, giving me the opportunity to try fantastic independent breweries that I never would have discovered otherwise, and on top of that some excellent resident breweries. I also love the flexibility, process an order early, delay one, skip one, and unlike most other subscription services you can even cancel at the click of a button if you so choose. And to top it off, absolutely perfect customer service.

Really good choices of beers each month, from different breweries across the UK. Also from time to time have a chance to have some different beers from other countries.
The new/updated site is simple and easy to use, chop & change as much as you want.
